+ -1 moreWe did not hear back from Ms. Anderson, nor anyone from her company. After we answered all the questions she asked about our property. We were disappointed.
Description of Work: Called Ruth Anderson 4 May, 11. Requested her help with selling our Summit County home. We answered several questions and she promised to get back to get started working with us. That was the last we heard from her. Today is 9 May, more than one month later.

She was recommended to me by not only Angie's List, but also a friend of mine who had used her in the past.

+ -1 moreHaving purchased numerous homes over the last 10 years, Kelly was the best real estate agent we have used. She was extremely professional, punctual, and driven to ensure that our needs were met. On numerous occasions Kelly worked late into the night and then started early the next morning. She expertly inserted language into the contract which helped to protect us (this was new home construction). I cannot count how many times Kelly had to call the seller to get the small things taken care of. She really represented us, the buyers, and was not just there to make a quick commission. Kelly is passionate about her job and really looks out for the best interest of her clients. I would strongly recommend Kelly to any home buyer.
Description of Work: After interviewing and taking a job in Utah (SLC area) we decided to move our family to Utah from the Washington, DC area. Based on several references, and having known her from DC, we contacted Kelly Lear at Coldwell Banker and she agreed to be our agent here in Utah. Kelly immediately jumped in and wanted to understand what our wants and needs were, and then she sent us several email links to houses that she felt matched what we were looking for. Kelly really understood the local market (we looked in Salt Lake and Davis counties), and did not waste our time with homes that did not meet our needs. After narrowing it down to about a dozen houses or so, my wife flew out to SLC and Kelly even picked her up at the airport to begin the great housing search. Kelly did an amazing job finding the right house for us, and she was a wonderful when it came time to write and negotiate a contract on the home we picked.
