Rug Busters

We needed all our carpets cleaned in general. In the finished basement, we needed the back and front side of the carpets steam cleaned due to mold damage. We also has various types of stains due to pets. Mike, the owner, gave a competitive bid by phone. He scheduled quickly at a convenient time. When he first arrived, he took his time examining the areas to clean, offering a variety of options and equipment to deal with the individual issues. I believe he ended up using three different methods, depending on the area. The work was completely in a timely manner. He was very clean and careful. He was responsive to concerns about chemical exposure by the pets, and uses environmentally friendly products. The carpet cleaned front & back needed to dry thoroughly to be re-laid in four days. Mike left one of his power fans to help us make sure the carpet was thoroughly dried. When he returned two days later to pick up the fan, he worked on three more spots for me. One was a stain which hadn't entirely come out the first time, and the other two areas were fresh dog vomit, because one dog decided to "mark" the clean carpet 12 hours after it was cleaned! Mike refused to take any additional $$ for the fresh stains, and spent another 30 minutes on those areas. The house smells great, looks great, and I couldn't be more pleased. Mike has done the carpets for two other friends, which is where I got his name, and they are equally happy with his work. Great guy, great job, great value for the money. Highly recommend.

The guy is good. He’s quick and if we have an emergency, he’ll just come. He’ll set out a schedule and come that day. His prices are fair. I would use him again in the future.
