Do not hire. Was sent an ESTIMATE based on photos alone. When I questioned this and spoke to them on the phone I was told that this was based on a crew needing all day. I agreed to the ESTIMATE. Day of work only one guy showed up who tried to enter my home when I did not answer his knock immediately, setting off my forced entry alarm. It took him barely 4 hours to complete the work and he did not even use primed exterior board, raw wood on a window that I need an extension ladder now to get painted. Owner called end of day and I expressed my concerns and requested proof of expenses - material and labor breakdowns - since he was still requesting the same amount on the estimate that was based on a crew for a full day. Never received this so I sent a check for what the hours and work reflected. Owner the threatened to lien my property if full amount is not paid and is still not providing a breakdown of costs. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I felt deceived. I was led to believe that a crew would be doing the work. Only one man showed up. On the final portion of the job, I had to instruct the worker how to make the repair so that it did not look exactly as it had when he started. When it came time to pay the bill I was informed that because I would use a credit card there would be an additional 3.7% charge added to the bill Had I been informed of the payment arrangement before I hired them I would have chosen another contractor. While the work was satisfactory I was disappointed with the overall experience.

The owner is willing to work to solve any issues that come up. Just make sure and funnel your concerns through him directly, and not the crew. We have had a positive response from our neighbors on how beautifully the house turned out.

The workmanship was not as good as expected. I thought it was overpriced for a garage wrap.
