Alberto is the type of professional that you always want to work with. He is capable of doing any type of masonry work, and although it is not advertised on his website he refinished and repaired the plaster / cement around the exterior foundation of our home, and he repaired deteriorating vertical faces on our step basement. He was prompt and good communicating schedules, methods of repair, and he stuck to the proposed estimate and completion date. I am very pleased with the entire process and result.

Alberto was great to work with. Took the time to not only repair the drywall, but spotted opportunity to add some braces to support the flooring in our ceiling space. I hired Alberto Guiza from Remodeling Creations, he did the bid over the phone and since I am a retired contractor I was able to explain in great detail about the job he came and worked 2 hrs one day and 2 the second day and after he was about two thirds done he demanded 50 % more to finish and demanded payment and walked out not finishing the job In 45 years of dealing with contractors I have never seen anything like it I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to hire someone else to finish and he left a giant mess on top of everything

I cannot say enough good about this company. The best thing is when I requested a bid, Alberto was there that evening. He contacted me, and we agreed to a time line which meet ours as well as a price. Both my wife and I were impressed with the companies work ethic being on time and following through with the work. If anyone needs drywall and texturing work I think they will not go wrong with this company. Great work fellows keep it up you will go a long way.

Alberto and his crew were wonderful! They worked quickly and were always in contact with me about when they would be back to continue their work. They mud and taped the drywall we installed and then textured the walls and ceiling of our basement. They did a fantastic job, it looks amazing! We are very happy.

I hired Remodeling Creations to prep my family room ceiling and walls for primer and painting. I knew they were busy but the owner, Alberto brought several guys the day after we set to do the job, and did a fantastic job, fixing dents, holes evening out the walls with joint compound and applied an overall skim coat over all the walls after beautifully texturizing my ceiling in no time at all! The following day, Alberto came with two guys to check if the walls were dried enough for sanding, and they sanded and applied the final skim coat, then Albert came the following morning and sanded the wall one last time ready for me to paint! Alberto and his guys did a wonderful job that I asked if I could call on him when I m ready to remodel my upstairs! I would recommend REMODELING CREATIONS COMPANY to anyone who needs an honest and very efficient handyman! Amelia V.

Alberto was phenomenal! I removed a wall furnace and was left with a huge 2x6 hole in the wall. Alberto came the morning after I inquired about the project and once more the morning after to finish up. He was very thorough and in no rush whatsoever. After he was done it was as if nothing had been there prior! The wall had to sit for one more day before doing some minor sanding around the edges. He explained to me exactly how to handle the sanding and left me the materials to take care of the minor last touches. We have a few more drywall projects in the near future and will look no further than Alberto and Remodeling Creations!
