He gave me dishonest bid amounts and by the time I got my construction loan through it was in November. I wanted him to wait until March. He ended up ripping off my porch in December when I wasn't there and had a port-a-potty delivered on my front lawn for Christmas! This was all without my permission. He then broke my sprinkler system and reimbursed me for half of my sprinkler repair. I happened to find this out in the spring. He did not tell me about this. I also wanted windows installed and he gave me a bid but I found out after I signed the contract that the bid did not include installation. The windows were already ordered. He charged me $750 to plaster drywall work. He had a woman he called his supervisor come in that had a putty knife and the work looked horrible. I hired another person to come in to fixed and redo the work. They only charged me $615 and the work looks beautiful. I still had to pay him $520 of his $750 bid which had to be totally redone! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
