Went fine..didn't take him long...I am very pleased.

I called to ask for an estimate on my project . I left a message, and never heard from them. Update: Bill Spratt showed up at my door to say he had not gotten any voicemail from me and apologized for not being able to respond. I was impressed that he made the effort and took the time to locate me and apologize in person. I felt his actions were sincere, and I would definitely consider him for future work.

Bill and his team are exceptional and we will use them again in the future for additional renovations. A few areas where Bill truly impressed us were: - Communication: Bill went above and beyond to keep us aware of the project schedule, let us know in advance what decisions needed to be made, and of any problems that he anticipated. - Price and invoicing: Bill provided every receipt and detailed invoices for all of the work that was done. The work was done to a good quality at a fair price. - Collaboration: Bill worked with us on a number of items generating creative solutions to save us money and incorporating our ideas into the work. In addition, Bill worked with us in several areas where we either wanted to save money by doing work ourselves or spend additional money on special features - he was flexible when we made special requests that were outside of the original contract. - Professionalism: Bill made sure the work site was cleaned up every day (at least as clean as any remodel can be!). He managed the project very well and completed this major renovation on time. Bill gained our trust and respect with this project. He is highly competent and was fun to work with.

So far progress is excellent. We'll have our first city inspection early next week, after which we will be able to start new electrical system, structural, etc.

Bill is truly fabulous. After a less than stellar experience with a previous Contractor, I found Bill. He came out the next day, was very detailed in his bid. It was apparent from the moment he entered my home that he knew what he was doing, and he knew it well. He worked on our exterior soffit and facia, did some concrete work, drywall work, shelving, and cabinetry. All of the work took him less than 2 weeks. He was always there when he said he would be. The last day he was to be there, we were to be out of town. I was comfortable enough to give him a key. Bill is a master craftsman. He rebuilt my Parent's deck, worked on an addition at my Brother's home, finished my friend's basement; and everybody got back to me with rave reviews. You will be utterly impressed with him.

Unlike other builders, Bill itemized every piece of material and estimated the labor very close to the final price. Nothing was left to chance, nor were we kept in the dark respecting each and every stage of the process. Bill's talent and expertise came to the fore during the entire project, with recommendations and/or adjustments, to accommodate my desires with quality and/or cost considerations. Under no circumstances did Bill take any liberties without my prior approval. In fact, when he returns to do another deck and pergola for a hot tub, I'm going to have him add some finishing touches that I should have allowed him to do before. In other words... "listen to Bill and his suggestions... you won't be disappointed!!!"
