It was one of our easiest purchases ever done at R.C Willeys. We already knew what brand we want & Duc to his right to it explained in every detail of the machines. Then he helped us with the finance part of it also!! Very though all in & answered all of questions very professionally. Thank you.

They did a wonderful job of getting the enormous beast through a small door into my kitchen. Unfortunately they had to remove the doors to do this and one was slightly damaged. The bottom door also has a small dent so the door issues need to be addressed. I am impressed that they were able to get it into the kitchen. That took real skill.

They did a good job with delivering it and everything. Their furniture is good quality and they are friendly there. The salespeople are pretty good and keep you on top of what is going on. The delivery people were ok, they came when they were supposed to, and hooked everything up alright and everything. We kinda had a nick, not a nick but something came off. We called and they just took a discount off the price unless we wanted another refrigerator. It was on top of the refrigerator so you couldn't really see it.

II called today to have a service person come to my home to work on my Whirlpool washer. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the washer/dryer front loader combo in Feb 2009. The washer/dryer was very expensive and I purchased a 5 year extended warranty of which I have used once. When I called today, I was told that the extended warranty expired in Feb 2014 (5 years). I did not realize this and I asked why I had not been given notice of this. I would have ABSOLUTLY extended another warranty on these two appliances as these appliances are very expensive and service calls are not inexpensive. Over the years, I have ALWAYS received notice(s) of warranty programs that are going to expire and given an option to renew or not. I was told my John Bennion at RC Willey that because they do not extend they do not feel they need to notify the customer of the expiration of the extended warranty. My response to his comment/policy is that if in fact RC Willey does not extend and has no intention of extend the warranty, they owe it to the customer to make it perfectly clear of their policy and that it is entirely up to the customer to mark their calendar and search other options. Mr. Bennion stated that I am the first person in all of RC Willey's entire customer base that has ever questioned their customer service policy and that maybe/perhaps this is something that they should look in to. My response is that I don't think I am the only person who this has happened to. Maybe I'm the only person who would not just buckle and say "okay" and go away. I think a company the size of RC Willey would have a policy in place to protect the customer as well as themselves. I have purchased many appliances over the years. I have also referred RC Willey many customers. That will not happen again or in the future unless RC Willey is willing to make me whole from the damage of their policy as well as put into place a policy that discloses the exact extended warranty policy. I think the way then sell the extended warranty policy is a bait and switch. All they want is the money up front and once they have it, they don't care. This is not an acceptable way to do business, especially from a company as large as RC Willey.

Shoddy installation. They delivered and installed a new washing machine in my condo, and told me that it was ready to use. The washer created a flood on first use. Turned out that the water filter was loose, which allows all the water that flows into the washer to come out the bottom, where you can't see anything until there is a flood. Company denied any responsibility for their work.

I was looking for a double bed, so I checked out several websites and visited a few mattress stores. Because I had a limited budget of $1,000, I could only afford a traditional inner spring mattress. My wife and I have used RC Willey a lot over the years, and they were having a mattress sale at that time, so I decided to check them out. I picked a $1,000 BeautyRest that was on sale for 20% off. Also included was a free Kindle reader. If I spent $200 more, I could have gotten a free Kindle Fire HD. Paul came over to help me at this time. I told him I would rather get the Kindle Fire, so what he did was subtract the cost of the Kindle reader in exchange for the Kindle Fire - a savings of $70. When I opted for the heavy duty frame instead of the standard frame, he deducted the cost of the standard which saved me another $20. Then when he rang me up, he took an additional $50 off the total price. All together I saved $380. I thought it was a pretty good deal. The bed was delivered a week later. The window of time that customer service gave was was earlier than what delivery gave me. They ended up being 10 minutes late past the window - I was the last person on their route. This was the only negative. They assembled the bed for me quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from RC Willey again.

No real problems. R C Willey does not install gas line, so we had a plumber do that. Other than that everything went very well.

The experience in the store was positive although they will approach you quickly so they are obviously on commision. Otherwise friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive on most items. The selection is better than most. The delivery is ontime and good for the beds, washing machine and dryer but inadequate for the refrigerator. The did not hook up the water line or put it in place. Basically they could not get out of the door quickly enough. We finished prepping the refrigerator and got the definite impression that they were contracted to deliver and did not directly work for RC Willery. Before I would order from them again I would be sure to get a detailed explanation of what delivery entails and maybe have it put in writing. In the question would I use this provider in the future I would have to say I'm not sure but probably if the price was right and delivery would be straight forward.

RC Willey salesmen did a good job. He was helpful, no pressure. They did not have the carpet I wanted in stock. They said I would be notified when the special order arrived at their warehouse in a few days. About 11 days later I had not heard from them, and I decided to call them and check the status. The carpet had arrived, but apparently they lost track of me. The installation was scheduled for 1 week later. A private contractor installed the carpet. They did a very good job with one exception. They put a seam joining two carpet pieces on a stair step. I would have preferred the seam placed on a stair rise instead. But overall I was impressed with their work.

They did a great job. Got most of the pet stains out and the carpets looked great. Very professional and nice.

Excellent customer service! First of all the sales representative was very helpful and helped me match the couches I wanted to some end tables. They delivered my furniture to my home and put it exactly where I wanted. I was treated so wonderfully and I love my new couches. I will definitely go there again.

Good and polite. Very helpful once you explain what you want them to do ahead of the works.

This company has a large variety of flooring. It's good quality flooring, too. They installed it good, and they also cleaned up after themselves. The carpets look great.

I had them come out and replace the carpet in three different bedrooms. I also had them replace the carpet in my home office. They gave me a great deal on the carpet I picked. I would hire them again to do the rest of my home.

Our experience with this company was average to poor. We requested certain installers based on recommendations and we did not get them. The installers that came made many visible seems while installing our carpet.

They always stand behind there work. They cleaned up good after the job was finished. They have excellent customer service, too.
