+ -1 moreWe ordered a sign in late November 2013, gave their salesperson specific color codes & shades. We paid 1/2 up front. They changed the specs & used their own version of one of the colors -- way darker than requested & did not match the shade on my logo (didn't even come close). I told them the shade was way too dark, & requested they fix it. One month later I received an email from the salesperson telling me that he & his boss drove by the sign & they think it looks fine. I responded by telling them that would be GREAT, if they were the customers, & it that's what they'd ordered, but that this was MY sign for MY business (& MY logo should look exactly like I requested it look). I told them I would happily pay the remainder of the bill after they fixed the sign. They still refused. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, & am next filing with Utah's Commerce Dept, Consumer Protection Division. IF they ever fix the sign, I'll be very surprised. "Customer satisfaction" . . . NOT!!
Description of Work: They were contracted to create & install a sign outside my business, with my exact logo on it.
