Description of Work: I have 2 friends that recommended this company to me.....on had another repair guy give her a quote of over$1,000. To fix her washing machine and these guys came out and fixed it for $135.00. My other friend had a part go out in they're dishwasher and felt they should get a new one, but this company advised her that it was a good washer that was worth fixing. They got it fixed and it's still running great...... They are on their way to my house right now and I'll give my review after.

+ -1 moreCalled about 10am and reported an issue with the refrigerator. They called back and said a serviceman would be by from 12-3. They called and reported that he was on the way about 12:30pm and he showed up shortly thereafter. The analysis was quick and professional. Serviceman was clean and polite. Service was performed quickly and cleanly and he was off after offering a one year guarantee on labor and parts. Great service!!!
Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They're excellent. They were very prompt, provided good information. They really tried to fix what was broken, but just weren't able to. What stood out was probably the guys' response time and professionalism.
Description of Work: We've used appliance repair that was probably when our freezer went out. They came out to see if they could repair the freezer before we went down buy a new one.
