+ -1 moreTHE INTERNET WOULD INEXPLICABLY FLUCTUATE IN AND OUT OF SERVICE. THE FIRST TWO TIMES THEY WERE OUT THE REPAIRMEN SAID NOTHING IS WRONG. THE LAST TIME THE GUY DID SOMETHING TO HELP. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT IT WAS THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO.
Description of Work: HE CHECKED THE COMPUTER, MODEM AND PHONE LINE. FAULTY CONNECTIONS WERE ALSO CHECKED TO FIX MY INTERNET CONNECTION.
