+ -1 moreWe put our home up for sale and Julie Mathews asked to show our house. A family member of hers saw our house and was interested. She was one of the most disorganized people I have ever tried to deal with. She couldn't keep details straight. She didn't response in timely matter. She told us that the loan had been preapproved. After jumping thru many hoops, including a home inspection, she informed us that the buyer didn't qualify. How can any realtor not get the correct information about a buyer to the bank for pre-approval about her own relative?
Description of Work: Julie Mathews represented a buyer in a real estate transaction.
