 + -1 moreOur intercom system had been broken for years. We've had other quotes, but most providers wanted to complete replace the system instead of repair it and would have costed much more money. Pro Systems were able to successfully repair the system. The service man was very good at communicating schedule with us. He was VERY prompt. He gave us a half hour window that he'd arrive, and was there at the start of the that block of time. None of this 8 to 1 business. Most of the service cost was in getting the unit sent back to the factory for refurbishing. He didn't charge us much for his time, even though I know he spent time here and time on the phone with factory getting all of this organized. Provided a 90 day warrenty on service. Highly recommended.
