Description of Work: Fix the spring on the garage door and made sure everything was lubricated and working properly.

Description of Work: Price's gave us a bid to replace the springs on our garage door. Guy at Price's was very knowledgeable and explained my options. They had good availability and I would call then again in the future. Another company's prices were lower, so we went with someone else for the actual service.

Description of Work: Price's Guaranteed doors framed in my carport and installed a garage door. All the individuals I've worked with at this company are prompt, courteous, and provide high quality work. The estimater, Parker, never tried to up sell, but provided me all my options. They were flexible with changes I made to the order up to a few days prior to the start date. The other two bids I received required that I meet with framing contractors separately, which took a lot of my time. My landscaper, not prompted by me, looked at the framing and pointed out areas where corners could have been cut, but weren't. For instance there is triple boarding at the doors. He and my neighbors were surprised at the speed of the work (2 days). All in all, a very good experience. I love my "new" garage!

Description of Work: Rep. came to home and got measurements of doorway. We went over door prices(Security/Storm). I accepted the offer. Door was supposed to be installed 4/18/11, he called later and said it wouldn't be installed untill 5/2/11. Other than that everything went well.
