I found Precision on Angies List and chose them because of their rating and location. My garage door had frozen to the cement, so the arm that pulls the door up just ripped out of the door and sent the screws flying. I called and within 2 hours they were at my house and within 3 hours, everything was fixed and working like a charm - I’d definitely call them again!

Every aspect of the repair was stellar! Will arrived on-time and called me ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did a complete and thorough inspection and diagnosis of my issue, which was initially a broken spring, but also needed both springs replaced with new bearings. He completed the job on the spot, and my door works great once again. Will even helped me work with my Home Warranty policy to get reimbursed for the cost. I could not have asked for a better experience overall! Precision Door Service is the best!

The openers work great. Quiet and reliable. Excellent price.

Cory was awesome. He came 20 Minutes earlier than expected. He explained my problem in detail, gave me information regarding the frequency of the problem, and permitted me to make a split payment (i had NO IDEA that my issue was more costly than the service call.) He assured me that the parts they're company used would last longer than an average OEM part, and assured me i could call them anytime I had a problem! To top it off, they're company is military friendly and offers a military discount!! I'm so glad Precision was available to resolve my problem rapidly!

We purchased it on a Monday (the day after Christmas) and got it installed that Friday. Everything we were told that would be done was done and in a timely fashion. The salesman and the installer were professional and extremely helpful. For the product and price, I am pleased and would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Precision Door Services late Christmas Eve to see if they could repair one of the tension cable that snapped and caused the door to not only open but created a crooked door and could not close all the way. Since Christmas Eve didn't think I could get anyone out, but they explained they were a 24hr service company. They were very courteous and would be able to get someone out in a few hours and that the service man would call before they come. The service man called a couple of hours later and told me he'd be there in 15 minutes, which was right on schedule. Travis Nelson was the service tech who showed up, very well presented and could fix my problem in less than a hour. He gave me some options to replace the other cable as well since if one broke the other would just be around the corner. I was sure it was also the same original springs from 1995 when the house was built. So, he offered to replace that as well, which I agreed, and gave me 3 prices for basic, a step up with extended warranty, and a step up to exceptional for replacing the bearings and runners. I opted for the middle at $680. He had it done in an hour and I wasn't more pleased with his professionalism and promptness. I recommend their service and I thought given Christmas Eve and everything, the price was what I was expecting.

Tony arrived on time and explained my options. He patiently answered my questions to help me choose a new opener. He told me how long he expected it would take to complete the project and how much it would cost. Upon completion, he told me how to operate the new system and what additional maintenance I might need on my door. There was no pressure to buy or up-sell, only reasonable recommendations. I liked that this company used technology in its business. I scheduled the interview via an online chat with a live person, and was able to get an appointment the next day. I also liked that Tony arrived with a tablet that had everything he needed on it, including GPS directions to my home and all the paperwork necessary for the job. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, respectful, and polite. Recommendation? Tony did a great job explaining several options for a replacement opener, but I prefer something visual. Some sort of comparative table that summarized my options and their associated price, warranty, features, specs, etc. would have been useful to me. Maybe you might consider adding this functionality to your website, or build it into the technician's tablet to serve as a means to guide the customer to the right product. I would definitely recommend this provider to friends and neighbors in the future, and have already done so.

We recently purchased a house and had the garage door spring break within a week of our move in. My husband's car was trapped in the garage. As we had another car available and it was not an emergency, they came out the next day to replace the spring. However, when the tech arrived, he informed us that the garage door was in such bad shape that he could not recommend just replacing the spring as we would be risking the door falling on our cars. He very clearly explained to us why he was making his recommendation to replace the door and what we would be looking at cost-wise to do so. We decided to forgo replacing the spring and just replace the door. The installer was booked up more than a week, so the repair technician helped my husband get his car out. We wish we could have gotten the door (which was in stock) installed sooner, but that's the only "complaint" we have and why we gave them a "B" for responsiveness. Otherwise, the installer arrived at exactly the time I was told he would and the installation was actually slightly faster than I had been told. Pricing seemed fair, especially since we got an Angie's List discount, though we don't have a lot of comparison.

The tech, Josh Stone, did an excellent job. Gave us all the options to fix the door. We made our choice and he did an excellent job very quickly. I would recommend them highly.

Chris Wilde, a technician, arrived at my home right on time and quoted me prices. He was absolutely helpful in working with me on a price I could afford. Not only was he fair but he even performed a tune up on the garage door as a bonus and worked with me on the price of a second remote opener. The new garage opener was as modern as they come and included everything that goes with a modern up to date garage opener. I couldn't possibly be more satisfied then I am now! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! There is no better!
