Horrible sod delivered. Dry, discolored, and with WEEDS! We called when we unrolled it and saw the condition of what they said was cut that morning. Would not come see how bad it was. Very poor, unresponsive office employee who lied to my face that she hadn't received any of the calls my installer made as soon as he saw the sod. After multiple phone calls, with no customer service, I drove to the office. Their solution? WE would have to roll up all the sod and RETURN to them!! In the end I took their pathetic $200 offer. Their product, customer service, and management are all so bad.
Description of Work: My lawn and sprinkler guy bought sod for 100' parkway, and front yard.
