The service overall went very well. I had somebody else come in a couple of years ago who told me they could prune and all they did was just cut everything shear it down like a haircut. On a fruit tree one can't do that, have to go in and prune it right for it to produce fruits. I would use them again in the future.

They know their job well and seem very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and trimmed a tree which I was unaware, when to trim. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Ben and his crew arrived as arranged on the day we had agreed to. Unfortunately I was unable to observe them as I was in bed with the flu, but I heard them working outside. They seemed calm, organized, and on task. About a week later I saw the results of their work and the trees looked terrific, no mess was left on the ground. It all went very well. I did have a hard time communicating with Ben via phone (lots of voice mail back and forth) but once we switched to email, things went smoothly. Personal Tree Care's bid was higher than others we got, but what I liked about Ben was his thoughtful approach and manner in listening to the customer when he came to give us an estimate. He is very knowledgable about trees, answered questions, and explained the pros and cons of how he could approach the work.

It went perfectly. The job was done exactly as discussed. The work was done quickly, and clean-up was meticulous. I would gladly hire them again.

Ben Folsom arrived with a team of two other nationally certified arborists to trim, prune, shape, and remove some trees. They were courteous, knowledgable, efficient, and they performed extra tasks (such as cleaning up some tree branches I had pruned from the day before) at no extra charge. They did exactly what Ben and I had agreed upon when he came out to give me his estimate. He seems very well-informed and passionate about trees (he prunes conservatively and has an aesthetic appreciation for trees as well as being professional about them for his business), and this made for a very good experience hiring him.

They are excellent. They always trim my trees the way I like them. They are punctual. Very helpful. The price is very reasonable.
