PARADISE PLUMBING

Craig listened to my story and over the phone told me that he didn't think I needed a plumber. He asked me if there was water under the sink. There wasn't. Then he told me that I should unscrew the front plate, lay down and the floor with a flashlight and look under the DW while it was running/ to see if it leaked. If it did, I needed a repairman, not a plumber. He said that if he came out and looked at it and didn't do anything else, it would be a service call. He didn't want to charge me for not doing anything. That's a novel idea! I appreciated his honesty. Craig is the only plumber that I will use. He doesn't try to intimidate me with scary stories and he just tells it like it is. I didn't use him this time, but I would love to make sure that he keeps getting business!

The gentleman that came out was straight forward and upfront with us about what he was doing and how much it would be. We had a home warranty that this was performed under and he gave us good information on his relationship with them and how everything works. This company did good work and he did a great job of cleaning up after himself. I felt very comfortable with this company coming to my home to do repairs. Occasionally, because they are in high demand, you do not get a call back immediately and have to make an extra call to get a hold of someone.
