Description of Work: I called Orkin for box elder bugs. The extermination was on time and did a thorough inspection. He sprayed inside and outside. He was helpful in giving tips and hints. Overall he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me many helpful hints.

 + -1 moreThe thing that I really like about Orkin is that they are flexible and will come very early in the morning (around 6am) so that I can be home while they are working. They also do not spray inside my home to protect my my pets and they don't over spray outside since I have bird feeders. They seem to keep the pests under control.

 + -1 moreOrkin does what they say they will do, and the price is fair for the service they perform. You cannot ask for any more than that. We have had no problem with insects in the three years since we started using them.
Description of Work: We pay Orkin Pest Control for a year's service. They come at least four times a year and spray for spiders and insects. If there are any infestations in the area they also come and spray for those.

 + -1 moreThe guy that came in and assessed our house, was very good. They call and say they are coming today with no warning. They cut a hole in the wall for ants. He said it would be the size of a pen point. It is more the size of a pencil. I don't think they were very good.

 + -1 moreWhen I first hired Orkin for pest control in my home they did a good job. Lately, it seems like they rarely show up on time and last month they didn't even show up at all. Because of their performance recently I'll be switching to a different company.

 + -1 moreI felt that for the price that we had to pay that we should have had much better results. The ants were still there and Orkin had to keep coming back. I do not think that they did a very good job.
Description of Work: I had the company spray outside of house for carpenter ants. And they also put about ten traps in basement for the ants.
