Old World Stone Imports

Very disappointed. When I went in to order the carpet I was told that the carpet was in stock and that they could install on the designated date due to the fact that we were moving into our new home. We thought it would be easier to install prior to our move. The morning before the installation they called to let me know that the carpet was on back order. How did they not know that it was on back order before that? We negotiated that they would pay for installers to move my furniture since I had no choice but to move into our new house and wait another couple of weeks for the carpet to arrive. When the carpet arrived it took the installers 2 days to install the carpet. They didnt arrive until 11 AM - On day 1 they installed the carpet in our master bedroom (keep in mind only 1 room) and they put all the furniture back without vacuuming or cleaning up after themselves. I called the OREM store and asked if it was protocol for the installers to leave such a mess. They told me they do not vacuum after they installed and that they did not carry vacuums with them. The installers did take the large remnants of all the carpet they didn't use, but they did not clean up after themselves, did not vacuum all the little remnants. Poor service and poor customer service. Found them at the home show and thought i would give them a chance. Very disappointed.
