Description of Work: The fraternity house is over 100 years old. It was time to remodel and upgrade the facility. The project included a new roof, interior and exterior painting, new carpet, walls knocked out, new boiler and a fire suppression system.

This is the second time we have used New Concepts Construction to build out our retail space, and I would use them again and again! They met all of their deadlines and exceeded them to enable us to be into our new store and operational by 1/2/2014, which begins our busy season. We contracted with them on 11/12/2013, and they had the space gutted and rebuilt by our required date. Jake Shuldberg and Dan Whiting offer unparalleled customer service and attention to details. New Concepts may not be the least expensive, but they definitely are the best in our opinion. You do get what you pay for.
Description of Work: New Concepts remodeled our retail store space. NCC took an existing space that was the old Flower Patch, gutted it, and built it out to be a beautiful new bridal store, in only 2 months.

They did not finish a few things. So about six months later when they were looking to get paid we had to hold back until the jobs got done. I was OK with the job that they did.
