 + -1 moreNet Nanny provided us with the promised online family filtering until we updated our computer to Microsoft 8; then the protection stopped. We were disappointed to find out that they had not updated their system to accommodate for this. They told us over the phone that Net Nanny would be ready for this in a "few months". We had to keep checking back. It is already May 3 and it still is not up and running. I had to call again and now they are saying next week. I asked for a refund and Stephanie said that all she could offer was an extension of our Net Nanny subscription. This was frustrating to go this long without internet control/protection. Yesterday I went online and found a FREE internet family filter that works brilliantly with the Windows 8! It actually is easier to use than Net Nanny and is free! It looks like we wasted our money on the Net Nanny filter.
Description of Work: Net Nanny was supposed to provide us with online family filtering for one year.
