+ -1 moreI called him to check it out, and figure out what was going on. He check it out, and saw a leak. He told me that the leak wasn't so bad and I didn't need to replace the drywall. He took off the shower head and the control, and saw it was leaking from the connect of the pipe. He tightened the connection and was on his way. He even gave some tips on my water heater. He's always on time and does such a great job! When I call him, I don't even worry about it because I know he'll find out what's wrong.
Description of Work: He's been my plumber for the last two years. I've called him about four times all together. Recently, I thought I had leak.

Description of Work: Gary got back to me quickly, showed up on time, and completed the entire project in one visit. He was honest and fair. He was the third plumber I contacted for this job and will be the only one I call from now on.

+ -1 moreGary is low key, courteous, prompt, and professional. He returns calls and is realistic about his when he can come out and how long a project will take. He's probably not the cheapest guy in town, but he itemizes all the expenses and I find his bills reasonable.
Description of Work: I've used Gary for several projects over the past three years, installing faucets indoors and out. He has also fixed clogged drains and attended to a few emergency repairs. One involved exploding plumbing in the kitchen and the other was a clogged drain from the disposal that ending up flooding the basement.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice people to work with. He was always on time or called the say he would be late. They were honest, hardworking and very dependable. He finished the job in five minutes, and it was working. They do very high quality work.
