Beware of what you're paying for with Neerings. Paying $500 for a $30 thermocouple that takes less than 10 minutes to install just doesn't seem ethical to me. I know this because I had this same thermocouple replaced last year by Neerings and I put up stink last year when they charged me $500 for work that took about 5 minutes and a $10-$30 standard thermocouple. I work with Neurologist every day who are dealing with serious health issues and they may get paid between $175 hr to $300 hr. I have other examples but this is the most recent. The single star is for the service people and customer service agent, they do know what they're doing and are kind representatives. This said, who ever is responsible for Neering's pricing is without shame and gouging people without regard.

It was a weekend and my salt pellet softener had a leak and overflowed my hall. I called 2 other 24hr plumbing companies but received a quick response and a call when the plumber was on his way. Randy deserves 10 stars for going up and above for fixing my leak so quick. I expected to pay a large sum of money for the Saturday visit but I did not! Now will only use this company for all my plumbing needs. Thankyou again!

I had a clogged drain, Keith and Eric were awsome and very professional. They were great at explaining what they were doing and what problems I was dealing with. I give Keith and Eric 10 stars for service. And on a personal note they are two awsome guys. I definitely will be referring everyone I know to you guy's. Thanks again.
