The plumber, Mike, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. The repairs were done quickly,and professionally. He answered all my questions and even offered some recommendations for other home improvements that will save me money in the future. I will not hesitate to call My Buddy the Plumber again!

This company performed the services needed before any of the four other companies we contacted even returned our call. The only issue that came up was that the installer had the incorrect waste disposal to be installed. However, the installer quickly obtained the correct disposal and the installation proceeded without any problems. We are very happy with the professionalism of everyone with whom we worked and the service that we received.

Jason came out on on Tuesday and gave us a quote. Jason and Mike came back on Wednesday and installed the gas line and range. My wife was very pleased because they got the top of the stove/range level with the counter top just like she wanted it and we did even bring it up. It took a few hours for the install but it actually seemed like it should have taken longer. We were very please with the cost and the installation. When we need their type of services in the future My Buddy the Plumber will be who we call. Thanks Jason and Mike

We first found out about My Buddy the Plumber from Angie's List, and have worked with them multiple times. Throughout our interactions we have been extremely impressed. On the last job we had them do, a simple stop and waste valve replacement turned into a significantly more complicated project as we unexpectedly had to have our water main replaced as well. Throughout this process, we had a very positive experience working with Jason. Both the office staff and Jason were very polite and responsive when we called. They addressed our problems promptly and were quick to complete all the necessary work. They also were able to realize and own up to the fact that some unexpected outcomes had occurred, and though it was not through any mistakes or errors on their end, they were still able to work with us on our final payment. Their work was done well, and not only have we had no further problems, but they improved upon our previous situation. I was extremely impressed with their thorough approach, as well as their professionalism and how they handled the situation. We would not hesitate to call them again for our plumbing needs, and I would absolutely recommend them to friends or family.

demeaning.First Jason came out and measured all of the distances to know how much pipe and what kind. Then he had me send him the specs of the generator to see how the connections would need to be done. The day he came with Mike to install it, they worked most of the day. The job is beautiful not only functional. They cleaned everything up and left it all immaculate. This is the third time I have used Jason and he is excellent! Mike usually comes to help and he is polite and very helpful. They make a good team. I do not plan to use other plumbers anymore because Jason knows what he is doing and he is reasonable and prompt and efficient. I did like the name of the company better when it was Duncan Plumbing.......the new name is kind of demeaning.

My Buddy The Plumber is awesome. I bought a new gas stove to replace our electric one so I had been looking around for a good company to install a gas line from our basement to the kitchen. Jason came out to give us a bid and he is amazing. He is very friendly, professional, and gives you the trustworthy vibe. When they came to install it a few weeks later, they arrived on time and got the new gas line installed quickly and didn't make a big mess. They cleaned up and went on the next job. An hour later I noticed that we forgot to give them the pressure regulator valve for our stove that needed to be installed. I gave Jason a call and he came back to our house in less than 30 minutes to install it for us. I am so impressed with him and this company. I will definitely be using them again. I would recommend Duncan plumbing to ANYONE repairing or re-doing a bathroom. Last year, they came out an installed a new bathroom sink and corrected plumbing in one day - at the price they quoted - very affordable. On the more recent visit, they provided exceptional insight as to what I needed to consider as I purchased sinks, tub, toilet, tile, etc. They were exceptional. They will always be my first choice for expertise and affordability.

I scheduled an appointment and was told Jerry would arrive between 12 and 2. Office person called at 12:10 and stated Jerry would be arriving in 20 minutes. Jerry completed work on time and on budget. Very happy.

The plumber Jason was professional and friendly. He determined the cause of the leak and provided an estimate for the repair. After getting our approval he made the necessary repair quickly and with no disruptions to our household The whole experience was a positive one.

Mike is amazing. This is the second time we have used Duncan and Mike was here both times. Always responsive, on time, and friendly. Thoroughly explains all the work being done. Pricing is lower than any other bids on both projects. I would never use another plumber after working with these guys.

Came in within 24 hours, inspected, Gave a quote. Gave a date but had to move out due to other work. Came in as expected on the new date and finished the work in 2 days.

Mike is considerate and easy to talk to as I fumble for plumbing words of which I know nothing about. Mike is an out-of-the-box thinker who will maintain the quality of the job but will also meet your specific needs and keep it on the cheap in the process.

Jerry, came showed up on time, he even worked on Saturday to get the job done. Jerry moved the kitchen sink to the new location. He also moved a vent stack for the bathroom, added new bathroom plumbing. When the work was done Jerry came back to finish the install of the pluming. Jerry worked until 8 PM to get the job done so other trades could come in the next day to do their work. I would call Duncan again for my plumb problems.

The company sent someone within 1 hour of calling them. Jason came on a Sunday!!!! and took apart the burners on both tanks and found lots of soot, which should not be there. SO then he took apart all of the exhaust ducting to see if there was a blockage...he examined the duct all the way through the roof. He then pulled the baffles out of the water tanks and examine them. He never found a reason why there was so much soot, evidence of incomplete combustion. He then took pictures of the soot in the second tank burning chamber to show the Rheem rep to find out why this would happen. Then he put everything back together and re-lit the tanks. While he was waiting to see if there were problems with the heating, he checked the water pressure, examined my expansion tank on my recirc hot water system and found it had a ruptured bladder....and did an overall inspection of the mechanical room and the gas lines. Everything worked fine and then he scheduled a time to return to fix the expansion tank and tell me what the rep suggested for the tanks. He found out why they would not stay lit, but had no idea why the soot developed in 4 years to that degree. That is why he was going to call the Rheem rep. Excellent service, very professional, very reasonable for emergency service on the weekend. Very knowledgeable! I will use this plumbing company in the future....and Jason if I can get him. I had just built the house 4 years ago and did not have the need of a plumber as yet....so now I have one. Very impressed with this company's professionalism and service.

I called Duncan Plumbing to have someone come and give me a free estimate on the repair. They made the appointment for later that day. The technician, Mike, was able to come sooner than anticipated and they called first to make sure that it would be okay if he arrived earlier. This worked out great for me, as the sooner I could get this taken care of the better. Mike came and was very friendly and professional. He gave me advice on other work we were thinking of doing. He instructed me on the work we could handle on our own and gave me a quote for the other work that we would need to have done professionally. We went ahead and had him replace the damaged wye connector. He had to run and get parts but was back in about an hour and had it fixed in no time. Everything went quick and easy with no problems and I really appreciated the advice on our future jobs. It was a little more than I wanted to pay but it seems like plumbing jobs, in general, tend to run more than I expect. I would definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with this Duncan Plumbing. They were so quick to respond, arrived the same day we called. He was very friendly and did excellent work. We have called them in the past as well to unclog a drain and they came within a half hour of us calling at 10:00 at night. Seemed happy to be there and got the job done at a great price. We will continue to call them when we are in need of a plumber and highly recommend them.

Hot water heater went out on a Saturday. They would have been able to come out, but would not be able to get the part they suspected they needed that day. Spent quite a bit of time talking with me on the phone regarding things I could try. Scheduled to come out on Monday. Arrived promptly (scheduler actually called to inform me of a slight delay, although still arrived in the time frame expected). Jerry spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the problem and even see if there was an easy fix that would not require a high cost repair or replacement. Ultimately, there was no easy fix and either required repair or replacement. Gave very objective information in giving me the choice of repair, ~$400 or $1000 to replace and upgrade to code. Given the age of the unit, I decided to replace. He was able to schedule this for the following day and again arrived promptly. Efficiently removed the old unit and replaced the new one. Explained maintenance and care and charged me the quoted price. Could not have asked for a better experience or more professional plumber to have worked with.

The plumber was very professional and came out on a Sunday to help us out of an unpleasant situation. I have used Duncan a few times and continue to call them where we have any plumbing needs.
