The first day the service technician came out but it was not fixed correctly. I was upset and called them and a supervisor came out the next day and fixed it correctly to make sure that I was satisfied. So while my first impression wasn't that great, they went to a significant length to make sure I was happy. I would definitely consider using this company again.

Plumber arrived 1 hour early. Quoted $228 for the repair to which I agreed. Did not commit to an hourly rate. Serviceman went to "the plumbing store" for "parts" after 10 minutes. Called me on my cell to tell me that the repair was going to be more difficult than expected and raised price to $359. I accepted revised price under protest, but needed heat back on ASAP. He finished a short while later (total 2 hours from start to finish), told me that the repair was easier than expected because some of the joints "just needed tightening". No testing done. The furnace was not re-lit, and, in fact did not go on after he left. The gas stove did work after he left. Now left with having to call someone else to get the furnace working. He said (despite the company name) that he's not an HVAC guy and need to call one to get the furnace running.

Neat, clean and real pros. They beat all other estimates by $1000. Matt and TJ were real pros.

Perfectly. Mike H (Georgia Mike) was very professional and so fun to talk too! I really enjoyed him as a person and he fixed our unit in record time. Would absolutely use again.

We were very happy with the service provided by My Buddy the Plumber. We had a broken hose bib that would not shut off. Derek came out first thing the next day and got it fixed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered a few different solutions, gave us prices for each option and told us what he would recommend. We have an old house and he had to crawl up under our house, but was ready and willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job done right. We really appreciate how skilled, quick and affordable My Buddy the Plumber was!

With that, they were quick to schedule, fair and transparent with pricing, curteous and easy to work with, and gave clear information on options Derek and his team are easy to work with and provide good quality work. It always goes well when you choose MY BUDDY THE PLUMBER. I am partial to Derek because he has done work for me before and he is smart, quick, and efficient. He tells the truth. He is respectful of my home. I was walked through the problem from the other plumber's shady work and what Derek did to make the fix. During the transition, he did not trash-talk the other plumber or the crappy work, he just stated the facts. That is a good business practice.

After reading the good reviews about My Buddy the Plumber, I contacted them and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I had scheduled a furnace tune up, but the technician, TJ, was so thorough that he found issues that posed real danger and I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner . TJ's HVAC knowledge is amazing, he explained how everything in the furnace worked and actually showed me the damaged parts on a camera. He gave me options but didn't pressure me at all, left the decision totally up to me. I have had really bad luck with repairmen in the past, but TJ's professionalism and expertise far exceeded my expectations. He arrived on time, was polite, worked non-stop, really went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this company and TJ.... I'll definitely be calling them for any future problems!

Derek helped us get a garbage disposal installed in our 1955 home. He was thorough, efficient and we couldn't be more thrilled with the service we received. On top of that, their office staff does a great job keeping you updated on when your plumber will be arriving so you're not waiting around all day. We'll be using My Buddy the Plumber again!

I called them around 11:15 am from work, I was met at my house about 2.5 hours later, and they went to work within 30 mins. Work was completed in about an hour, which included draining the entire houses water system.

It went fine. As any time with a job this complex, there were a few snags, but this company handled everything professionally. They fixed problems and didn't leave until everything was right.

Brandon, owner, came my home and fixed the leaking and only charged me $149. My Buddy the Plumber is working 7/24 that is really help in urgent case. I highly recommend My Buddy the Plumber and they are doing excellent work.

Everything went very well. The digging crews were very respectful of my lawn and were efficient. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly. Some of the work he did we hadn't even initially discussed, but he felt that it just wasn't right to leave undone. I would definitely recommend the company and will likely use them again in the future.

The service was excellent. Previously, the home warranty plumber told us he couldn't do the job because the break was behind the shower and would require cutting through the tile. We called My Buddy and they found that the Home Warranty plumber measured wrong and the location was in a relatively easy-to-access location. Within a few hours the job was estimated and completed which included; locating, cutting an access hole, fixing the pipe, and cleaning everything up. We've used My Buddy in the past and we will continue to call them in the future.

I first contacted via the message function of the Angie's List. I got a response quickly and was able to schedule an appointment. In the morning of the appointment, I got a phone call from their office that the technicians are 30 minutes away. Sure enough, Jerry and Mike arrived accordingly. They wore the boots covers, which I appreciated very much since we don't wear shoes in the house. I told them I used a toilet auger myself and determine roots are so bad and coming up to the toilet. They estimated the cost of removing the toilet and clearing the roots will be $325.00. To be honest, that was a lot more than I was expecting based on the past experiences with other companies for the same procedure for the other toilet, but I figure the roots are much worse than the other toilet and they seemed very professional which led me to expect a thorough job , so I agreed. They WERE very professional. They took the roots with them, clean the area, and even changed out their boot covers so that they won't track the mess out of the bathroom. They also noticed our shower handle was broken (it broke that morning). I explained that I bought a replacement but didn't fit. Jerry offered to look for the matching replacement handle in his truck and install it for me in exchange with the wrong part I bought. He didn't have a matching part in his truck, but advised me to go to Sutherlands instead of going back to Home Depot. They were right. I was able to find the right part easily there. I also asked them if they knew how to relight our water heater which we turned off in the panic of shutting the main water off when the shower handle broke (I couldn't figure out how to remove the handle to stop the water at the shower at that time). Our water heater is in a very hard-to-reach position and it doesn't have an igniter. They moved the dryer out of the way and relit the water heater with a match without additional charge. They also noticed the other toilet needed a minor fix which we were working on, and just fixed it for me. I felt that they are reliable and professional. I would call them again if we need help in future.
