Description of Work: I live in Heber City and needed a plumber for a seeping main water pipe just inside our home as well as some other items like faucet installs, etc. Called another area Plumber a few weeks and they came out fairly quickly but never got me a quote. Called repeatedly but no luck. I finally gave up and called My Buddy the Plumber and Jared came out the next day and I had a quote in hand the very same day! A day or two passed and the job was complete. If it had been urgent they would have come out the same day. Great service and Jared was professional and friendly as was all the folks I spoke to at My Buddy the Plumber.

Description of Work: Our 10 year old water heater was leaking so we decided to replace the unit. We were looking for good quality, energy efficiency, warranty, and obviously a good price. We meet with a few companies and all of them gave us good information about tank and thankless water heaters, but we chose "My Buddy the Plumber." They understood all our requirements which were specific to our home and the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they are a local company and had the best price. We decided to have a thankless water heater. It's been almost a week since the new unit was installed and we are very happy with it. More flow, more heat, and we are very sure the gas bill will be less. Thank you Curtis and your assistant. You both did an exceptional job in our house. I will always recommend you and your company to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I was charged double the price of another plumbing company and lied to about what was needed and told me my sewer line was broken which it wasn't and needed to be fixed right away and for $16000 he could start on Monday. His name was Cory.

Description of Work: Furnace Replacement. We were not expecting to replace our furnace but after some talking through different scenarios with My Buddy The Plumber they convinced us that it would be the best and most economical decision. They weighed all options out for us and gave us all the facts before letting my wife and I decide on what to do. We ended up going with a new furnace. It was not a top of the line unit but rather a middle of the road model. They said they stood by their work and word that this would last us the better part of 10 years. They were prompt with their fix and squeezed us in right away. They did a great job, completed the removal and install of the furnace in a couple hours. It was fairly painless.

Description of Work: Duncan Plumbing actually did the work for my friend and she said, "They were great. I have an old house and having trouble with tree roots breaking my pipes. Duncan Plumbing came out quick and told me the problem goes all of the way into the city main and that the street and pipe had to be dug up and replaced. They had a guy put in a liner which would help in the future. The entire process took several days but it was worth it. I would definitely call Duncan Plumbing again."

Description of Work: Searched for an discovered a gas leak discovered by our renter and confirmed by the gas company. They took apart, re-tapped and doped the leaking joint. Leak fixed!

Description of Work: They came and gave us a bid on a project we are doing but they never did get back with us on the bid or as to when they would be able to get started. It must not have been a big enough project for them to do. We are doing a remodel job and needing rough plumbing done for two bathrooms and a water heater done, but like I said they never responded to us.

Description of Work: Replaced standard pressure regulator in our utility room, and fixed small leak on outside tap.
