Doors were installed sooner then expected. Mr. Window arrived on time the day of our installation, installed the door in a timely and professional manner. The doors look great, we are very pleased with Mr. Window.

I had two single pane windows replaced. One of them has one fixed pane and a slider on each side and is fairly large. The other has a single pane and a single slider. I was behind the eight ball on getting them replaced. Mr. Window has so many good reviews I decided to give them a call. Tim, the owner, came out the next day and looked at the windows. I had a special modification I wanted so he said he'd like Roger come out and get some more measurements. Roger came out quickly and got what he needed. The bid that came afterward was very fair bid when compared to others I got. Then there was the time problem. The other companies I spoke with were several weeks if not more out on their jobs. Mr. Window was in the same position. But when I explained my situation to Tim , he said he would try to move things along as quickly as possible. Imagine my surprise and delight when I got a call from him telling me he could have the job done in a week or so. Turned out it was less. Roger and Lance came up about 11:00 AM and got to work. They had both windows out and the new ones installed in a few hours complete with the built-in cat door that I requested. Everything was cleaned up and buttoned up in tiptop fashion. Before they left, I asked Roger to take measurements on three patio doors I need replacing. That's how impressed I've been with the men from Mr. Window.

From A-Z they were great. They came out, looked at the windows and all that I wanted replaced, answered all my questions about how they'd be replaced, got them ordered, came in, kept in contact with me and did all the work in one day. When they left, it was like they hadn't been here, except that we had new windows. They were great to work with. The price was great. A few years before, I had windows put in the main house upstairs, and I had a quote then, and these windows are actually a better window for a couple of hundred dollars less. I was really happy.

It went very well. I had to wait a few weeks for the custom-sized window to be made but it was installed very well and I have had no problems.

We bid a few different companies so we could compare prices and also different ideas on the project. When Tim, owner of Mr. Window, came out, he was extremely diligent on looking at both the inside and outside of the house. He offered a few different suggestions and then looked over everything again. We liked that he really took the time to get us a complete price quote. He also was able to supply the framer and the stucco guy for the project. Every telephone call and meeting in between was very professional, quick and to the point. He was very good at updating us about the "plan" which was nice to hear. The day of the install we were very impressed with how professional and hard working his staff was. The guys that installed our door work so hard and were able to get it finished in a day. We will definitely use Mr. Window again in the future for any other projects.

Lance called me two days prior to the install to let me know that though they had said it would take approximately 2 weeks, the windows would be ready for pick up on 8/26/2013. We made arrangements to meet at the property at 12pm and he arrived on time. He quickly started to work and I left. I returned approximately 2 or so hours later and he was all done and putting things away. The windows looked fanstastic and I was really pleased with this work. I called him again two days later to ask to see if they could fit me in for framing of other existing windows since the framing was done so beautifully. Roger had surgery so I'm waiting until tomorrow to see when their next availability will be. Overall I was very, very, very pleased with the whole process, customer service and finished product. I'd definitely use them again.

The sliding door was a special order so took longer than expected. Overall the service was excellent. Very friendly and professional. The work that was done was excellent, I would definitely use this company again.

It was a great experience. They did excellent work, followed up quickly, and charged a reasonable price. Furthermore, the price for their custom windows was no greater than stock windows. They even helped us to fill out tax rebate forms that another company had forgotten to do.

They were very trustworthy, did the job as promised, and cleaned up after themselves. They have also been very responsive to any issues or problems after the installation. I have no complaints with them whatsoever.

I don't remember the cost of the job, but it was over a thousand. They were good. The owner was extremely nice and conscientious. They did leave a few pieces of broken glass in my flower bed in one place. Other than that they did a good job and cleaned up. Their pricing was good. I would use them again in the future if I needed more window work done.
