+ -1 moreOn 12/22/12 I left west monroe Louisiana with my husband and his parents. We traveled to Jonesboro Arkansas with a large uhaul. I started calling the provided number around 1130 am in hopes to speak with the movers and confirm the arrival time. My father in law had hurt his back and this was why we needed movers to assist in unloading our uhaul. I continued to call the number and then emailed them after lunch with no response. We arrived in Jonesboro at 130pm we started to unload light stuff so time wouldn't be wasted. We called numerous time and no one answered or returned my calls. At 315pm I received this email "Wer are sorry we overbook today I can't have a 2 man crew that way until 7pm or 9 am. So sorry express Movers" We could not wait that long so we unloaded the trailer ourselves. My mother in law sprained her ankle and my father in laws back was quite sore to say the least.
Description of Work: Movers were booked on 12/20/12 Confirmation email was sent with information that I would be contacted within 24 hours and if I wasn't called to call them. I sent an email to the listed email and informed them of time. I received and email that said "ok". My phone call was not returned.
