Jordan was responsive and had one of his team members come out to fix the outside spigot. All went well and was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleasant to work with.

Cut wire was located and repaired.

Perfect. No more leaks. We also had them come back to help with our steamer in our shower.

Fine good advice

Jordan fit me into the schedule right away. He was professional and courteous. He even chatted up my curious 3 yr old son. He solved all the leak issues and was open and honest about fixtures and possible problems in the future. As for the sewer smell issue, he outlined some potential reasons. The smell went away. About 2-3 weeks later it returned. I texted Jordan and he immediately responded (on a weekend). He then called and after a few questions, made a suggestion on how to problem solve the issue. The whole time explaining his thought process. I felt taken care of and informed re: the issue. I learned something and, more importantly, the smell went away. I'm confident in Millcreek plumbing and will use them again.

I called, and a tech was in the area. Miguel was there within the promised time. He listened to what I had done (tough when customers diagnose for you) and helped me see what was wrong. I left my house to buy the new faucet (they were here so quickly, I hadn't bought one) and I felt no issue leaving him with my dogs. He was ready for the faucet when I returned and had it installed very quickly. Only challenge for me is they do not take credit cards. Miguel was very polite, respectful and appreciative. Dan was very clear with costs and worked with me because I didn't have the part. The fact he had someone at my house within 30 minutes to avoid moving the appointment until tomorrow was TOTALLY appreciated. AWESOME JOB MILLCREEK PLUMBING!

Spencer fixed our bathroom faucet with parts he had on his truck ... saving us the cost of the new faucet, and he had to modify our kitchen sink to accommodate the size of the new kitchen faucet. Without his help, we would have had to find and buy a different kitchen faucet to fit the sink. Both faucets are working wonderfully now.

Spencer arrived at the given time and possibly a few minutes early. He was considerate of our home and removed his shoes upon entering our home. He listened to our questions and requests as we looked over the areas of our concern. We had previously had some construction in our home and we were experiencing some sewage odors, as well as a problem with a drain and a running toilet. Not only did Spencer fix our plumbing problems, he educated us about types of drains and which ones drain more effectively. I would definetly call Millcreek Plumbing any time I had a Plumbing problem.

Dan was on-time, professional and did a great job. He went through the entire list of items we had and addressed everything. He also explained everything he did and answered a number of questions we had regarding the plumbing on our new home. I thought his prices were very reasonable, too! I will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

You will be SO pleased with this company! I'm a plumber's daughter (Dad is 93 so can no longer help me) and it took bad experiences with two other companies before I found Dan at Millcreek Plumbing. I can't say enough good about him and the firm! Being one of the owners, Dan takes pride in his work and in building a family-run company with honesty and integrity. I learned about the company on YELP where they had rave reviews. I had been burned by another Angies List plumber that had an A rating, so this time, I wanted to be more selective. Dan came out to bid the remodel work, strategized on solutions to a difficult job and gave me a written estimate. After bad experiences with two previous plumbing companies, I was extra careful this time to find a reputable company so this time, interviewed four different plumbing companies. I felt Mill Creek was the best option; they were not the least expensive or the most expensive, but were by far the most professional, from doing what they said they would do, to going the extra mile. I acted as the general contractor on the project, and in scheduling several subcontractors, I had to make sure each showed up on time and worked on schedule. Dan and his assistant were always on time and the one time he was running 15 minutes late, he called. He was always clean, very respectful of our home and just downright nice. What's really impressive is how honest he is also, coming up with solutions that are best for the homeowner rather than just trying to sell extra services. Bottom line, I will not hire another plumbing company--Millcreek Plumbing has earned my trust and respect! .
