Mike Donehue Siding

Mike replaced a broken porch light mount for me. I requested a quote through Angie's List and got a response that day and the work was done within just a couple of days. Not a huge job, but great communication and very quick to get it done. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for someone to do siding work I'd strongly suggest you don't look any further than Mike Donahue. He is extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We had repair work done on some siding that was discontinued. His work was of the highest quality. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for siding work. We will definitely hire him on all future projects.

Mr. Donehue was prompt, professional, experienced, and highly detail oriented. He was courteous and took care to assess the damage and made recommendations that were very very helpful. He repaired the sidings well. I plan on asking for his help in repairing additional sidings work later this summer.

Mike was awesome. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave me a realistic and fair bid, and did the work in a manner that was of the highest quality. The siding was quite dirty from having been installed 20 years ago all around the inside of my carport but now we were turning the carport into a garage and installing the siding on the outside walls. I had pulled the siding off myself and it was laying in a pile for Mike to sort through and pick the pieces out that he needed to 5’complete the job. Mike did a great job and I would recommend his work for anyone that needs quality work done. No wonder he has straight A’s in his reviews, they are accurate.

Mike was very responsive to my calls, kept me updated on any changes in his timeline, and was able to complete the work sooner than promised! Also, his bid was the lowest we received and was able to complete the work significantly earlier than any other company we contacted. He also made me feel as though our job was a high priority to him which I appreciated as the other companies we contacted treated us like any other job. Mike is very personable and friendly. The finished result is so beautiful and with such high quality craftsmanship that we will definitely hire him to redo all of the siding on our home when we can afford to do that.

Ever since we bought our house we could see damage to our west-facing siding and gutters. Mike matched the colors and the style with the previous material and helped correct damage to the fascia to prevent further animal and weather damage. He did this all in one afternoon and at a great price. I highly recommend him and his work.

The siding on our house was entirely redone. Mike removed all of the old siding and trim. He installed the new siding and trim using nails instead of staples, which is the best way to do it. He would give a rundown each day of what he worked on. He was punctual and the job was done in the timeframe that was promised. I would definitely recommend him.

Mike did an excellent job. He was a delight to work with and was flexible when we made a small change to the gable end of the garage. You can't go wrong working with him. He even assisted our neighbor with a small project on his garage. You can't find a nicer person to work with on this type of project. Highly recommend him to others!

Mike was great, however trying to find the same color and size of the siding was another story. our house was built in 2000. The siding that was used has since changed and it was difficult to locate the same thing. Mike was able to located supplier and our sample siding finally came in damaged and unusable. Mike reordered siding and installed it. He removed siding from one side of the house and used that to fix my damaged area. He then installed the new material on the one side. The one side had several holes in it from satellite receives being nailed in it. Mike left us good pieces that we might be able to use later. It looks great. Mike is a person who takes pride in his work and it shows. He responds quickly. I am keeping his number for the future. Job came under quote.

I came across Mike here on Angies list and he was excellent. He scheduled a time to come look at it within a day. He had ordered new siding and scheduled a time to install it a few days later. He came when he said he would. He called when he said he would. He even called the night before as a reminder for the appointment. He was prompt, professional and even repaired some additional siding damage at no extra cost. I just can't say enough good things. His price was also very fair and reasonable. Of note, I had tried for two months to find someone willing to do the work prior to finding Mike. Others were no shows, some said they would give me a bid and never responded and others just wouldn't call back. Mike really saved us as I was getting worried that nobody would repair it and I didn't know what i was going to do.

We were out of town when the work was performed, but the end result met our expectations. (A couple of years ago we used the same individual to fully side a carport and outside storage building, and were equally pleased with Mike's work.)

He came out and looked at my siding and was able to repair using the siding that had become loose. He was wonderful to work with, and I thought his price was fair. I would definitely hire again!

Very pleased. He worked fast and obviously knew what he was doing. It now looks finished and cleaned up. Everything worked out great, with the exception of the color of the lower inside flashing. The difference was worth the cost.

Mike did a fantastic job of repairing some sagging, damaged aluminum soffit. He was able to reform and reuse some bent soffit pieces to complete the job, and he came up with an innovative way to secure the soffit so that the repair would be permanent.

I couldn't be happier with the work Mike did. He does all the work by himself, but he's a really hard worker! He shows up when he says he will, calls to keep you updated and is professional, clean and friendly on-site. Mike has tons of experience and I knew I could trust him to do the job right. He really takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product - my house looks great! I've had a lot of work done on my house this summer and my experience with Mike was by far the best. Mike Donehue did an excellent job repairing damaged soffit and fascia on my home. His repair was better than I had requested or expected and he did additional work at no additional charge that was not obvious at the beginning of the job. Mike was prompt, professional and innovative.
