Mike arrived as scheduled for both the initial visit and on the day the work was performed.. He was very personable and perfessional. I explained what work I wanted performed. He explained how he porposed to peform the work and what material he planned to use. He arrived on time and completed the work in one day. The finished job was as I expected. He cleaned up before he left. There were no surprises in the quality of the workmanship or the price we had agreed upon.

Mike was very knowledgeable, hard working, was here on time and did a great job, really, really good job. The quality of his work makes him better than his competitors. He also fixed a piece of siding that was done incorrectly at the front of my house for free because he just couldn't stand to see a bad job, so he just took another small piece and fixed that in the front. He had to search really hard to match our siding, it was hard to find it and he found an exact match. He is really good.

Mr. Donehue has over 26 years of experience. He is a true craftsman and has an outstanding work ethic. He arrives on time and works extremely hard. He is meticulous and when faced with a few structural issues on our older house was able to initiate the repairs so the siding could be installed. He has an eye for detail and helps to guide the process and what to expect. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. He is an amazing professional who does an excellent job.

Excellent. Said he would come by house and look at the job, I did not need to be here. He called the next morning with the bid. I had 3 bids, Mike was able to do job that weekend. Other company was out 3 wks. He is an artist. Our job was difficult with many cuts to form around the bay windows. We will use him for other jobs and would highly recommend him.

Mike showed up when promosed, has dto return with a taller ladder, removed dents from blown down facing, and restored it expertly, saving me from having to purchase new pieces. He is an old-school workman-owner, completely responsible and trustworthy. A find.

Mike was very punctual and did a very thorough assessment of our house. However, he no-bid the job because the scope was larger than he could handle as a one man crew. He had the courtesy to call us with this information and was very professional. I would recommend hiring him although be aware that if your job is too big he won't be able to do it.

He responded to my call right away, gave an estimate on the spot and did not add extra charges.Nothing fancy...no computer printout...did the work promptly and exactly what was needed.

Mike did an excellent and professional job on my Mother's garage siding!! He also noticed that there were some gutters on the house that had been dented in and he fixed those for no extra charge. The materials he used were high quality, no cheap stuff. He was very professional and show up on time!

When Mike had completed the work I inspected the results and was completely satisfied with his work. I might add that Mike had all of the necessary ladders, tools and materials with him on his truck to do a thoroughly professional job. He gave me a price that I immediately agreed to and he promptly completed the work on his initial estimate visit. Not only does my siding look as good as it did when it was first installed, but I am confident that it is now secured better than it was on the initial installation. I don't believe that high wind will be an issue for my siding in the future after Mike's high quality repair.

Mike researched and found the correct and somewhat out of date siding to complete the repair. He arrived when he said he would and did the repairs excellently (this was just after there was a huge wind storm in Davis County when siding guys were overwhelmed with repairs). He even fixed a hole in the soffit that was not in the original estimate for no extra charge. Very friendly and professional.

Returned my call immediately. Was polite and professional. Made appointment in reasonable time frame. Was on time to appointment and thorough with the work. Very pleased with whole experience. Would, and have, recommended to others and would call him again without reservation if I needed more work done. Rare painless experience. Made having Angies list worth it finally.

We were very impressed with the fact that he came to do the bidding himself and then performed the job as well. He was very professional and did not ask to be paid extra for all of the other jobs that he performed in addition. He is a true craftsman and able to make suggestions that are for the benefit of the overall look and function of the siding covering and the gutter/downspout performance. We will be recommending him to all our friends who would benefit for his services. We are extremely happy with the job he did for us.

I was 100% completely pleased with Mike's work and follow up. I highly recommend him without any hesitation. This was a tough job because he had to match 10 year old siding.

Turned out, that the siding that was installed on our house is no longer carried by anyone in the Salt Lake City area. Mike was at the forefront of working with a supplier to get the siding ordered and shipped to our area. He went above and beyond the call in getting the appropriate siding to fix the house by making daily calls to the supplier and providing me with updates. When the siding finally arrived, Mike was quick to schedule a day where the repair work could be performed. He finished the work in a timely manner and the quality was extremely well done. I would use Mike again and would recommend him highly to anyone. He is a great person to work with!! I wish all contractors were like Mike!!

Mike did a great job. He replaced the existing old aluminum soffit, fascia covering and frieze board covering on a building I own after it was reroofed (by another company). Work also incorporated some trimming of the existing (non-structural) wood to accomodate the aluminum and improve appearance, where needed. Quality of work is first rate and beautiful. He had no problem with rescheduling his work to accomodate other work that needed to be done before the soffit and fascia could be completed. That flexibility was greatly appreciated by me. His pricing was more than fair. And as I said, the aluminum looks great.

At the estimate meeting he brought samples along for my inspection, he was professional, punctual, and made suggestions. He cleaned up the work area every day and even made sure no old nails were left in the driveway. He put in a full days work. He had the ladders and equipment he needed to do the job properly. As an added bonus, he cleaned out my gutters on my sunroom which were not part of the project and purchased a new electrical socket to anchor my house electrical cable. He was a delight to work with and did a superior job.

When we decided to go with this company, Mike was out doing it the next day. He was fast, professional and honest with us. We added another part for him to do from our old house and it was done quickly and with very little cost. I would recommend him to anyone.
