Description of Work: Mike replaced all the soffits and facia on our home. He is by far and away one of the best contractors we have ever used. He did all the work himself, he left our yard and areas around the house spotless, and he was on time and went above and beyond to make sure the project was perfect. In a heartbeat I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again on our other properties.

Description of Work: Mike did an excellent job installing siding on a large storage shed for us. We were truly impressed with his professionalism and great workmanship. When it came to doing the job fast or doing it right, he extended himself to make sure it was done right. Mike approached the job with energy and enthusiasm, and the outcome was very satisfying. We recommend him without reservation as a contractor for others to use.

Description of Work: Reattached and cleaned rain gutters that had become loose. Tightened sagging vinyl siding on main building. Put new siding and trim on carport/storage sheds. When Mike came to bid the work, he made temporary repairs to the dangling rain gutter - at no charge, if we decided to use another contractor. (Neither of the other contractors even suggested the possibility of a temporary fix, despite not being able to start the project for several days.) The proposed work met our expectations at a price about 20% below any other quote. When performing the contracted work, Mike efficiently and at minimal additional cost, replaced some badly deteriorated wood that was not an obvious problem prior to commencing work. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. We'd definitely use him again on a siding project.

Description of Work: Mike was very helpful, even taking time to look at pictures via email and the siding dimensions to be able to give me a bid by phone. He was very helpful, kind and professional. Thank you Mike!He came on a Monday to remove a whole exterior wall of siding; then replaced that same siding on Friday--it is aluminum siding ( we had a pipe leak behind it that needed to be fixed) which is difficult to work with. Mike did an excellent job!

Description of Work: He replaced a panel of siding that had deteriorated through water damage and sealed the source of the leakage. He was so willing to explain the problem and what he would do to correct it I was very pleased. He did the work and cleaned up afterward promptly. He came when he said he would and did a very neat job.

Description of Work: Installed vinyl siding on the gable ends using high quality material. His price beat the others by a land slide. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The job was done for my 99 year old father who is fairly independent. However, when he stopped by to communicate the starting date he found my dad had fallen and scrapped his arm up. He helped my Dad with caring for the wound and called me to let me know about it. He really cared and I have found this is a unique trait in many professionals; many would rather not be bothered, remember time is money as they say. I really can not say enough positive about Mike the owner, his professionalism, communication, clean up, and price. I would highly recommend him. He was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner.
