Disappointing. "Floors by DBI" was awful. One of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. Tom, the flooring rep failed at every aspect of his job and installer ruined most of the flooring and got in yelling matches with me. Was told it could be done in 2-3 days but took 3 months and was told there were no other installers. I felt uncomfortable in my own home. The rest of the job was hit and miss. Spent a lot of time fixing the little stuff I was told would get done. Still fixing the stuff they broke or lost as well. I believe meticulous wants to do a good job but feel they are short staffed for a jog as big as this was.

Great! Isaac knew exactly where the problem was and showed me how to do it myseld if it happens again.

Money well spent on the “special” rate.

It took some time for them to return my call and book the appointment, but the job was first class and very professional.

I received a very nice note back from Leeann advising me to call Thayne to set up the appointment. So, I called Thayne but rather than setting up a time with me on the phone call he wanted me to write him the details via a text msg. I could have done that (and much easier) with Leeann on the Angie's List thread we had already established. I've advised both Thayne and Leeann to either have Thayne call me when he has time to talk or we could set this up in writing through the Angie's List messaging. That was yesterday morning. Still no response from either. Very disappointing.

Excellent. Responsive. Richard worked quickly and did excellent work. Will definitely use them again.

Adam was a godsend. He got down to business right away and soon had a design that would work well with the special mounting hardware I had bought online. Not only did he solve the problems I had, but he solved some problems I had not even anticipated. He also explained to me everything he was doing, so I got quite an education. Adam also had a friendly, cheerful disposition which made it a pleasure to work with him.

Friendly and honest. I would use them again for sure. A few problems came up and they were very understanding and clear about how we'd fix them.

They were good. They came on a Saturday on short notice. They put the cold on the hot and the hot on the cold.

We had 3 different handy men come. They were all professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Adam worked very hard and did a very good job but this company charges by the hour, so I feel lucky I had a hard working person or else this would have cost a fortune. It was way more than I thought. The price does include the cost of the 2 doors.

I would recommend this company to anyone, and I will call them again in the future. The first time I used this company, I needed to have drywall in my downstairs ceiling replaced due to a flood in my upstairs bathroom. Most recently, I needed to have the doors in front of my washer and dryer removed, re-attached, and have a water valve replaced, to have a new washing machine installed. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate me when I needed to reschedule. I worked with Adan most recently, and he was very professional, efficient, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed the entire time. He did a great job, and I am very pleased with the results!

Thayne Gregory with Meticulous was responsive, reliable, and friendly. His workers were respectful, polite, and did excellent work pretty much all within the estimated time frame. I will definitely call on Meticulous for future remodeling and repair needs.

Only one man sent, took 2 days, so it cost nearly 2x what I'd planned, as they charge by the hr. His work space was limited, however, by a trench left by workers from another job and that made it more difficult. I felt he spent a lot of time smoking. It turned out okay, but I had hoped to have some support boards on the outside of the wall, also. He asked if I wanted him to clean up, but I finally told him no, and did it myself, because I was afraid of having to pay for more time. And I painted it myself.

Great. Work was started within 72 hours of my first call.

Superb! Steve and his crew were so great and Thayne and Steve were super communicative. Definitely will use them again!

The person they sent out totally padded his time which cost us an extra $300 over what they quoted. We were not happy with that, but the job they did was good-- just not worth the price.

They were prompt to respond and quick to get the job done. They did a thorough job making sure everything met our expectations. I found Thayne to be very well priced and the quality of his work was top notch.

Justin was attentive to my list of needs and was efficient getting everything completed in the allotted two hour time block I purchased. He had go the extra mile to weatherstrip an old door that didn't fit the door frame well and it required moving the strike-plate to a new position.

Matt did an excellent job. He worked fast, pointed out some wiring issues I was not aware of (it's an old house), and finished on time and on budget. I would hire him again for any future electrical work I needed.
