Break up and removal was great...prompt and quick. We had high expectations as the leveling process was described to us and faults of the initial pour were exposed and explained. We understood the border to be included with the initial quote, but later found that it was in addition to the quote. Once the pouring, leveling, and border were complete, I noticed that sections of our porch stairs and parts of the patio were moist and not drying like the rest...chips and chunks of concrete were showing up. I called to report this problem and had someone out the next day to "fix" it. They added filler and explained that the people they had pour the concrete used too much of something that prevented it from drying properly, but to give it time. I called a second time when the problem remained. It's been a little over a year and we have numerous cracks across several pads of concrete (from one end to the other0, including our steps. The decorative border is pulling away from the patio in some areas. Overall, an embarrassing piece of work. The patio itself is functional, but we're already talking about when we can afford to tear it up and get someone over who knows what they're doing.
