floor cleaning, marble & granite
+ 0 moreInitially I was not pleased, the material that had been used to fill the pitting was rough in places and I didn't like the color that had been used either. I expressed my concern to Jay and also a desire to see a higher shine on my travertine. He had his guys come out within a few days, they redid the work and left a beautiful shine. I'm very pleased and would use their service again. The only reason I didn't give an "A" for overall experience is because I was initially disappointed. I'm a picky consumer and wanted the end result to be exactly the way I had imagined it.
Description of Work: Upon buying my home, I knew that I needed to get a professional company to fill the pitting throughout much of the travertine in my home. I received a recommendation to call Jay at MarbleLife. He came out, gave me a fair estimate and arranged the service to fill all of the pitting and also refinish my floor.

+ -1 moreThe work overall looks good. Sloppy and careless about protecting furniture and fixtures. Defensive and prickly when concerns were raised.
