It's hard to rate this because I paid for the hours rather than how many rooms to clean. They were on time and the job was acceptable. I've used their services before. I was pleased most of the time, but I've never used any other service, so it's hard to compare.

The cleaning wasn’t so much the problem; they did an okay job, but our bathroom fixture was left broken, and nobody had contacted us or let us know about this. They’re crediting back the cost of the fixture, but the owner wasn’t the best to deal with. They didn’t let us know about it; we had to find the fixture and contact them.

We had purchases Angie's List Big Deal of 4 hours of cleaning for $69, so the price was great. We expected the 2 people to clean for 2 hours, but they ended up staying for about 3 1/2 hours, so we got more than our money's worth!! They did an excellent job, including cleaning a glass shower that had months and months of hardwater buildup. The shower was sparkling when they finished. They really did a great job on everything and the house smelled very fresh and clean. I would love to have them come regularly, but unfortunately I don't think I can afford the regular price, but this deal was too good to pass up.

We purchased a Big Deal coupon on Angie's List for 4 hrs of cleaning. Cleaners arrived ½ hr past the window of arrival time. They two ladies did a thorough job cleaning and even asked me to check the rooms after they finished to see if I was satisfied with the work. They kept calling me "lady" which I did not care for - I would have preferred Ma'am or Miss. But overall I was pleased with their work.

The maid arrived on time. I had a lot of general cleaning to have done particularly in the bathrooms. The maid started immediately and continued non-stop until she finished. She spoke with my wife who is very detail oriented and my wife was pleased with the overall cleaning.

They do a great job for me on a regular biweekly and weekly basis.

I did not contact any of the businesses above. Ended up with Maid Pro.

They have done good work for me in the past. Unfortunately the last two times they came out they did not do a very good job which is why I stopped calling them.

They are very good. The people who clean are very conscientious and very business-like.

They were fine. They did a decent job but I used them at an introductory deal and then did not use them again because of the rate.

They charged extremely high prices and the cleaning was very bad. The cleaners were rude as well. I will not be using them again.

I would not recommend your use this company for cleaning. They do not provide a good service and do not choose to "make it right". They spent 4 hours cleaning with a crew of two my empty house and then left. The house was still quite dirty and several areas had been left un-cleaned. After the crew left I called to complain and request they return to finish the job. The young lady I spoke with said her manager Byron Bailey would return my call within minutes. He never called back. The following morning I called Byron Bailey. He was rude and un-un-responsive, he refused to accept responsibility for the poor job done and seemed to want to blame me for the poor job of his cleaning crew. He subsequently use the "F" word with me and hung up. When I called back he suggested I take it up with my credit card company. That I will. I could not recommend them. I first booked online by filling out and extensive questionnaire on their internet site. In this I answered I explained the size of the house the rooms to be cleaned in detail. I subsequently received anemail from Maid Pro asking me what I needed done. This should have been the first clue about their service. I subsequently explained again the details of the cleaning job over the phone. The day before the service Byron Bailey called me to confirm and ask about the job again I explained I needed a thorough cleaning of all rooms, refrigerator etc.The job was to clean an empty house. After the crew left the basement had not been cleaned at all, the back porch entry hall had not been cleaned at all. The inside of the empty cupboards had not been cleaned. The light fixtures were all filthy. The top of the door moldings were not cleaned....They did clean some areas OK, but left much undone. But perhaps more importantly they do not choose to make right their poor service but rather blame it on the customer. My wife was present during the cleaning and requested theta they stay and finish the job but they refused

They are very thorough, and I am really happy with them.

It went very well. She worked very efficiently and was finished before 3 hours was up, so I had her dust the blinds. I was very pleased. I got coupon from DailyLiving. I would not pay their normal hourly fee. Too much.

Above explains how it went. In a follow-up email, the owner asked about how things went, and I told him what I listed above. He said he was sorry about the language problem, but didn't offer to come and correct the problem - just that "next time" he'll send someone who could understand me. I wrote back to him that it was terrible customer service, that any reputable cleaning service would have come back to finish the job, and that there would NOT be a "next time." I was actually looking for a regular house cleaner - so my search is still on.

The cleaners spoke Spanish, and perhaps that was a problem, but I told them again and again what I wanted. It wasn't that hard!!! When MaidPro asked for feedback, I told them that the services had not been finished. All he said was that he was sorry and they'd do better next time. I told him that there won't be a next time and that a reputable service would have sent someone out to correct the problem.

I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, vacant rental home that needed cleaning. I have never used a cleaning service before, and because of my schedule, needed some help this time. I explained in detail, via email with the manager, exactly what I expected. The house was vacant, so I told them where the key was. We settled for 6 hours of cleaning. The cleaners called about 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there, saying they couldn't find the key. Due to language barrier, (they didn't speak English as their mother tongue) it took me quite some time to explain where the key was. (Though I spelled it out in detail via email to the manager beforehand). They must have found the key, as I didn't hear back from them. As they were leaving, my wife met them, and she said about all they kept saying was, "it's so dirty"... Yeah, and that's what I hired Maid Pro for... (To be honest, this was not the dirtiest rental I've had to deal with. Nor was it the cleanest. I told the maid pro manger, Byron Bailey, by email, that I thought that it was an average rental cleaning, at least in my experience.) Before I went out to the home, I emailed him, asking how many more hours would be needed to get to the stuff they didn't clean. I still haven't received a reply. I went to the home that evening. It did look a little better than it had, but I was clearly disappointed, and thought they certainly didn't clean for 6 hours! They cleaned some walls, swept the floor, cleaned the fridge (which did look very nice...) but they didn't do any windows as contracted, and didn't even go downstairs and sweep the floor. I was astonished that they said they worked for 6 hours. (Again, no one was in the home supervising them). I answered an email survey sent by maid pro asking how things went, and I didn't pull any punches. I told them of my dissatisfaction. I still have not heard from them, nor at this point do I want to. Maid pro may say I'm just a sour customer, but I've had this same rental home for 20+ years, and I know what it takes to clean this place. Both with good tenants, and with bad ones... I feel that Maid Pro got their money, did whatever (little?) work they did and figured they wouldn't have to deal with this customer again. Maybe it's because I used one of those 1/2 price deals, that they thought they could work 1/2 as hard... I don't know. I guess I've paid what some call "stupid tax" and have learned from my mistakes. I've since been out there myself cleaning and painting, because let's face it. I paid for 2 three-hour coupons, (6 "man-hours" of work). I felt I did not receive 6 "man-hours" of work. A "substantial discount" was offered, and "substantial discount" of work was received. Not what consumers expect. Again, I will reiterate to Angie's listers, I felt I did not get the service that I paid for from this company. I would not use them again. "Substantial Discount" or not.

I joined Angie's List specifically to look for a housecleaning service. I never used a cleaning service before. Maid Pro got decent reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. I filled out their website form over the weekend and they called me to discuss on the following Monday. When we initially reviewed the size of my home and number of rooms, the estimated cost to clean it all was on the high side. So I worked with the rep to take out guestrooms and the basement which are we rarely use right now. This got the estimate into a very reasonable range, $135 for the first cleaning, then $100 for biweekly cleanings. The two men that cleaned the house did a very thorough job. I was really happy with how clean the bathrooms, floors and even the baseboards were when they finished. They were also relatively quiet, which is nice because I work at home in my home office. When my husband came home to see the house, and I told him the price we paid for the cleaning, he was surprised and said "That's it? That's all it cost? It was definitely worth it".

Maidpro did a great job, everything looked really good. Outstanding job on the floor, it looked great and still does.

The overall experience went well. They brought their own products and seemed like a good company to work with, however, none of them spoke English, so there was a language barrier. We weren't able to communicate our needs and desires.

They arrived 40 minutes early, and even though I told the manager I'd be home, the cleaners let themselves in with our key without knocking, which was a little awkward. After cleaning our upstairs, they said it would take "a little longer" than estimated and asked if that was OK. I said a little bit longer would be fine and then left the house with my kids while they finished up. When I returned, the house smelled great and the stovetop was beautifully clean. But the upstairs bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well and they didn't empty the garbage, which allowed me to see that they'd also helped themselves to juice drinks from our fridge without asking (the bottles were in the trash). They ended up taking twice as long as the original estimate, but the manager knocked 10% off of the price for me. I picked up my key and cancelled the service the next day. When I explained to the manager on the phone that I was canceling service, he was somewhat rude and defensive. In person when I picked up the key he was polite, though.

It was good. I would use them again.

They did a good job. I was satisfied with the service.

I like the service. The woman that comes out does a excellent job.
