I called the company and spoke with Richard and we scheduled the service for a few weeks out as that was when I would be available. He called about 1/2 hour before our scheduled appointment to advise me that he is on his way and he showed up exactly as expected. We walked through the house and I showed him what I wanted cleaned. We really didn't have any major spots to clean and after looking around he gave me the price and quickly got to work with a helper. I was expecting the job to take several hours if not more as we needed the whole house cleaned and they were done in less than two hours. Richard is a pleasure to work with. Very professional and easy to talk to and very honest and friendly. The carpets look wonderful and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company!

I have used Lundstrom Carpet Care for three years now. They are always professional and do a wonderful job! They put protectors on all wall corners and underneath furniture, which takes time and effort. They are reasonably priced and will work within your budget. For instance, I am not keeping the upstairs carpet in this new house, but needed it to last a few more weeks. So they just steam cleaned it (as opposed to using soap/steamer) and charged by half. They are easy to work with and pleasant. On time, and if they are running late, they will call. My white carpets (in my old home) always looked new after they were finished.

they showed up on time, told me what it would cost, asked if there were any concerns or special problems, and did the job. when they finished, they had me inspect the work and approve it. they pointed out anything they were concerned with. They were unfailingly courteous, pleasant, professional and friendly. I know that cleaning peoples carpets every day cant be that exciting a job, but they managed to express an enthusiasm for and pride in the work that added to ones ability to trust them.

Our 18-year-old carpets are so clean now they look brand new, as does the upholstery. The Lundstrom cleaners came on time, worked longer than planned, were thoroughly professional and pleasant, and charged less than what was originally estimated. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Richard arrived with an assistant. He seemed very knowledgable about fabrics and how to identify and treat them. He did a very nice job on my little white loveseat - in fact, he corrected some problems from a prior cleaning. The tile and grout cleaning made things look somewhat better, but the change was not great, maybe because things weren't horribly out of of control. The carpets and rugs look much better and it is good for the soul to know they are clean. I chose this company because of multiple good reviews. My experience was also very good. In fact, I took them down to clean my son's carpets as well! Very responsive and personable. Highly recommended.

This service went great. I was in a hurry to get it done, and Richard was free that very afternoon and worked around my schedule to make it work. He took about 1.5 hours maybe and worked around all our furniture quite well. The carpet took a little longer to dry than he estimated (he said to plan for 24 hours but that it would probably be dry within abt 12-16; it took maybe a little over 24 hours to get the last bits dry), but it was still fine to walk on and everything. Our carpet is quite old and was very dirty, but it looks better now than it has for a long, long time.

I was so pleased with the quick response to my call and able to have the work completed the same week. Richard came on a Saturday morning at 8:00 and was finished by 1:00. The work was done well and carefully. Richard was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with Lundstrom Carpet Care and would definitely hire them again. I am amazed at how inexpensive it was.

Quick appointment booking, convenient timing, and service. Angie's Discount made the work even less than the telephone estimate. Have already recommended this service to neighbors and will use them again.

Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. He told us the carpets will dry in 24 hours or less. It was correct; the carpets dried in about 16 hours. The carpets never looked better.

We're pretty tough on our carpet, it's quite old, and we have a dog, so our carpets were in need of some serious TLC. Richard performed the work, and when he finished, my husband (who was home at the time of cleaning) called me at work to rave about the great job he had done. My husband does not give praise unless he *really* means it, and he has very high standards for any service provider. He went on to describe to me how professional, enthusiastic and honest Richard was, how fantastic our carpets looked, and how he even got out a grease stain by the back door that other carpet cleaners had been unable to remove. My husband also took the time later to call the company owner, Sam Lundstrom, to let him know how impressed he was with Richard's work and to tell Sam that Richard was a pleasure to work with. Again, this is not something that my husband would typically do unless the service was nothing short of exceptional. We will definitely use Lundstrom Carpet Care in the future and recommend them to others.

Sam did a great job. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality. I didn't know they offered carpet restretching services, but was so happy that when Sam saw they needed it, he offered. Price was very reasonable, and he was punctual and helpful in every way.

They were very personable, trustworthy and did excellent work. We have known them to do honest and reliable work so that is why we decided to go with them. I definitely encourage everyone to give Lundstom a try.

He was on time and he did a good job. He went the extra mile. His prices are reasonable and right on he didn't try change it once he got here.

It went well. There were pet stains all over and he got them all up. It was done the same day I called. He worked hard to keep it within my stated budget.

Sam Lundstrom does great work. He is prompt, works quickly and efficiently making sure to clean the carpets and tile exactly as promised on his website. The carpet and tile look like brand new! There was one difficult spot in a room that after it had dried still looked a bit dirty. So I called him and that same day he was back to reclean that spot with a special solution and now it looks great. I will definitely use him again and again for my carpet and tile cleaning needs!
