Description of Work: Appliance installers did not show up when they said they would, twice. when they finally came, they said they couldn't install because dimensions were off. Customer service was rude, much arguing ensued. Turns out, dimensions were fine and Sears did the work without any issues.

 + -1 moreThey were 3 hours late on installation day. Wrong color entry door delivered, broke alarm system, sloppy workmanship, didn't clean up after work, left old glass doors on lawn and burn it, didn't bring door locks to install. The company never inquired about their service.
Description of Work: I had an entry door, storm door and French door installed.
