Lisa, was great. My wife was working as we just got to town from out of state and really didn't have much time to find a house. I have used Lisa and Lori on 2 different occasions for listing and selling my houses. They are very professional, prompt, and trustworthy. I feel like they do everything they possible can to make the sell of your home go smoothly and quickly. The first house we listed sold in only one day for more money than we were asking for. We had a lot of complications with the buyers and they represented us wonderfully and took care of all problems and issues and made sure that we were well taken care of. The second house we listed sold in only nine days and was closed in a very timely manner because we needed to be out as soon as possible. I believe that the reason we were able to sell so quickly is because of all the marketing tools they use. They have a professional photographer with extremely nice flyers. I contacted Lori and Lisa to help me sell my current home in order to relocate and purchase another in a little different location in the Salt Lake Valley. They were absolutely fantastic in everything they did. Right out of the gate, they were responsive, attentive and professional. The listing and marketing materials they put together to sell my home were incredibly professional; the photos and virtual tour optimized its selling points, and they had signage up and were promoting the sale of my home immediately. Although the market in general was slow, they generated great traffic at showings and I was able to sell it for what I needed. The purchase transaction was complicated by a very particular buyer, but Lori and Lisa were consummate professionals in keeping me insulated, they buyer happy and the transaction together. Their service remained excellent during my search for a replacement home. I am a professional executive and pretty particular. I expect results and prefer to stay personally involved in the search and negotiation process. Over the several months that we searched for the "perfect" place, Lori and Lisa were consistently responsive, patient, upbeat and genuinely excited to keep generating property reports and showing me houses until I felt like I found the right one. During the process, they took the time to really understand the nuances of what I was looking for in terms of feel, style and neighborhood far beyond the basics of square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.. Lori's connections in the industry and attentiveness proved pivotal when we ultimately found the right place and were able to place it under contract before several other interested buyers. Their handling of the contract negotiation and closing was perfect. I bought a house I absolutely love at a great price and had to do very little of the legwork thanks to these two. I purchased a house in the early 2000s, and my family had outgrown it. It was time for the dreaded move!!! Lisa and Lori took a tour of my house, providing some helpful low cost ways to stage the house in a way that would make it more appealing to buyers. Their advice turned out to be valuable! Within a short while I had multiple offers on the home, and sold it above what I thought it was worth. I've since moved and used Lori and Lisa again to help me find a great home. In both deals, they were incredibly professional, competent, and knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling a home.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and Lori and their work on selling our home. We found them on Angie's list and decided to hire them based on previous reviews. We were in the process of building a new home and needed to sell our current home in a timely manner. The realtor of the new home being built offered a less than standard realtor rate as an incentive but we didn't think the realtor was aggressive enough. When we first met Lisa and Lori, they were willing to meet the original realtor's rate. In addition, they gave us an honest opinion of what needed to be done to our home for the sale. They came within 24 hours with a package summary of services offered and a market analysis of what our home could sell for. It had been a while since I had sold a home and Lisa and Lori showed they had the latest and most aggressive marketing/sales plans with data to back it up. It took us a month to get the house ready but once it was, the sequence of events went like this --> on Saturday they came to review the home and we signed a contract, on Sunday the for sale sign was put up, on Monday photos were taken, on Tuesday the listing was online. Showings started immediately and by the following Sunday we had an offer! A previous review indicated that Lori and Lisa make you feel like their only client and this is true. Lori and Lisa answered any questions we had at any time during the process. They made sure to get us prepared for any requirements from the initial contract signing to the final close. I will definitely recommend Lisa and Lori to family and friends.

Lori and Lisa are amazing agents. They are so patient and understanding. They are supportive in what is important to their clients, yet they are so knowledgeable that they are also able to provide insight into areas which people don't consider. I used Lisa to help me purchase a home. From the offer, through inspections, and on to closing Lisa was a huge asset. The home we were trying to get had 3 other offers, however, Lisa was able to make sure my offer was presented in a manner that ultimately ended up in my offer being accepted. There were some challenges during our inspection, and Lisa handled them with ease. Lori and Lisa had my condo under contract with a cash offer the day before it was actually listed on the MLS. They have a large network of contacts and industry professionals and were able to find a buyer immediately for the full price of the listing.
