Lori and Lisa listed our home on September 11th, 2oo1. It was a very scary time in world. Despite that they still sold our home in 3 months. They were amazing. The amount of knowledge and professionalism they have is monumental. Even all these years later, we wouldn't buy or sell a house without them.

She was very well informed and helped make us feel very comfortable through the entire process. She was great at answering any questions or concerns for us and as you can imagine with a first time home buyer we had a lot of unknowns and concerns. We had a great experience in the end in finding our home. We have lived here for 5 years now and are still as happy as ever to be in our home. Lisa and her team sold a home that my husband remodeled. They offered more marketing services than the other realtors that we met with. They have the best online exposure and brought an out of state buyer for us.

They were very communicative, Lisa gave me her cell number and was always quick to respond to texts. This was the first piece of real estate I had ever sold, so they helped me to know what I needed to do to get it ready and assisted in getting everything done (cleaning, repairs, etc). They were able to sell my condo in less than a month from when it went on the market. I would definitely use their services again.

They sold one home for us in December and not only sold it for us in one day, they got us a higher than asking price for the home. It went AMAZING! Selling my condo was a breeze. I had to do nothing but keep it clean. It sold quickly and for a great price, I was extremely pleased. And then when I was ready we all hit the ground running looking at many homes a week and the ladies were so patient with me and my last minute requests to see a house. They were very accommodating to my schedule, as well as the other people I had with me. While the first few offers I made didn't pan out, they were reassuring that the right home was out there and were they right. I am so happy that the other offers didn't work out. Lisa and Lori were honest with me on what I needed to do and what homes were good and not so good. The house I bought is perfect for me and I could not be happier with their service and my home. I really liked having two people available. My previous realtor was tough to reach on weekends or if he was out of town. They work well together and were easy to reach. They were fast to return phone calls and did a lot of internet marketing for my home. The flyers they made were the nicest that I have seen. They kept me informed at all times and really negotiated a strong contract for my home that I was purchasing as well as the home I recently sold.
