After receiving the deposit to start work there were several delays on starting the job. Reasons given were weather, lack of personnel, other job ran over, etc. After two months he finally had a crew out to remove the railing and prep the deck. This is the main deck of the house (outside of dining room, living room and kitchen. It covers the full length of the back of the house and it is elevated at a second story level. After the railings were removed it took them almost another month to come out and lay the membrane. It wasn't until we called and complained on the safety issue of no railings on the upper deck that they finally showed up. They laid the membrane but did not reinstall the railings. Several weeks later my husband reinstalled the railings because we were tired of the safety issue and not getting any return phone calls. The railings got stained from the debris and leaves they laid them out on. Also, they just piled them in in no specific order, so when it came time to reinstall you did not know which piece of railing came from what area on the deck. Within four weeks of install the membrane started peeling up. We called and emailed multiple times over multiple months and they never returned the call or came back out to inspect their work. We would not use them again.
