Description of Work: This provider came to my house to change some locks, I had this done before the entire house cost me $125.00, they would not give me a quote over the phone, provider showed up told me my locks were to old (my house is only 8 years old) and they need to be replaced with a medium level lock which would be $75.00 a door or a high level which would be $95.00 a door. I declined the service and then they call back and tried to get be to pay $95.00 for the service call, I told them I would not pay the $95.00 and they threatened to call the police. I told to please do.
