replacement windows
 + -1 moreMy work with Adam Welch was wonderful. He was very skilled and knowledgeable. However, the companies he subcontracted out were unskilled and didn't speak English. A lot of problems arose. However, he fixed all that they didn't. I was happy with the end result.
Description of Work: He was a general subcontractor. He assisted in window installation, rockwork outside my home and carpentry work in my home. He subcontracted out other companies(which I paid separately) to do other jobs.
