The installers were the best Iâ ve ever worked with. Josh and Ryan did an amazing job in a very short amount of time. They never stopped working., running up and down stairs carrying heavy tile out. None too impressed with the office staff, though.

This remodel was a great experience from the salesperson down to the installation. Quality products were used, John did an excellent job with the installation and now my bathroom is beautiful! I would use this company again. They were on time and cleaned everything up nicely. Thank you Lifespan! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a great company to work with.

When I arranged for the work [removing tub to install walk-in shower with all new subway tile walls and all new fixtures and grabbers, etc.} The first thing I became aware of was that LifeSpan's quote was literally about half of a previous quote I had sought out. John and Ryan, the installers, were magnificient to say the least. Being personable is always a plus. They seemed a bit skeptical of how low I wanted things installed....but once i stood in the shower, they did exactly what was needed....to say the least, I am not tall. The work took two days and later on another visit for a minor fix-up. I can't say enough about the masterpiece they created. The timing is perfect because I need to use all the little old lady options. From start [visiting showroom] to finish, it was perfect home improvement experience. As an apartment dweller, I cannot engage them on their other installations, but I would if I could. Office staff [Kalena, Russ, Matt, Jamie, etc.] were noteworthy as well. And as an unintended consequence, the flow of hot water in bathroom and kitchen much improved.

We like the shower but when they took our tile out it damaged one wall. When they did the repair on the wall it was no where near ready to paint. We had to redo it so it could get painted. Then we had to wait an extra 2 weeks for the shower curtain rod to get here. Then they made it sound like it was our fault because they had to come back and install it. Would not recommend Lifespan to anyone.

Lifespan installed a walk in shower for my aging mother. They installed it all in one day . They even noticed to cover a water damaged spot on the wall. They did all they said they would Efficiently.

I want to shout out Jose Fitch who was the technician who removed and replaced the small shower in the bedroom. He was efficient, explained clearly the work to be done, cleaned up after his work. He was a great representative for your company. I would hire the man again. Total cost of the project seemed high for he project.

Debra was awesome with giving options and answering questions. Josh the installer was clean cut, considerate, very professional, and did an awesome job. He did a total cleanup at the conclusion. He interacted with us to ensure our satisfaction.

We got off to a bad start having to reschedule a couple of times because of parts not arriving on time. I rated low on customer service because of them rescheduling twice. For the value for money rating, I did not shop around so it did not compare with other companies. However, the new tub and sink look good and perform well. Most important of all, my wife is happy about the remodel. The crew they sent out for the remodel was stellar. James, the crew leader was spectacular. We were very impressed with him and the team. This all happened in May 2019. The remodel has been fine for a year now.

No pressure in the presentation. Everyone we met was very pleasant and professional. Job was done on time and looks great

The installation was well done. No corners were cut, they did a first class job. We asked for features beyond their normal offering and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We are pleased with Lifespan Home Improvements and recommend them for consideration for shower replacements.

Lifespan is very high preasure to get your money then they disappear,very poor customer service, we had to hound them non stop to finish the job, sloppy job site cleanliness, not a company that I would reccommend to my worse enemy, biggest waste of my money to date.
