Description of Work: I called and asked if they would buy my used LG Tablet. The lady answered it and said if it were less than 1 year old working condition they would give top dollar. It is only 3 months old--value online trading was given to me at $120.0. I didnt want to wait and mail it in, thus waiting a week to get money for it. So i called Lewis and was told i would get top dollar. I drove 20 miles and the store is in disrepair. It has a horrible smell as soon as you walk in door. The place was full of clutter, garbage and a mess. The male employee did not acknowledge me when i walked in. After 5 minutes he said, " hold on. I be there." after 5 more minutes he came to me. I explained everything to him, he said "whats wrong with it." i told him i had 2 tablets and needed to get rid of one. He said "yeah right." He then asked me, "how much do you owe on it?" Then he took it to some girl and they spoke in spanish. They didnt know i can speak and understand it too. I heard several insults and the word Cabron. He came back, asked me how much i wanted. I said "$100" He replied, "Boy, it has been used. It shows alot of wear!" I said, "yes, i did use it for 3 months. But it has no scratches or 'wear'. He said "20 dollars" I asked him "what?" He then explained in further. --" 20 dollars or you get out. Now!" I was pretty upset, but happy to get out. The smell was overpowering. You would have to pay me $100.0 just to walk into that store again. They deserve to go out of business, or be swept off the planet. Horrible. Nightmares about it.
