Replaced a capacitor that had failed.

In addition to the service mentioned, a thorough inspection of the electrical components was also conducted after determining there were reading that did not meet manufacturers specifications.. This resulted in a determination that 2 capacitors were weak and nearing the end of service. The capacitors were replaced at my request. It was also determined that there were no system leaks but the refrigerant required an additional charge of more than 1 pound of refrigerant. The technician determined that the unit was in good condition and completed his tasks in a very professional manner while explaining and showing the issues when found.

I was confident enough in Lee's and satisfied with the estimate that I was going to have them install a furnace next summer. To my dismay, their inspection identified several serious problems with the old furnace and the furnace was condemned. To our surprise, our home warranty company (just acquired) agreed to pay for part of the cost of labor and all of the cost of the furnace, however, they required it be done by a vendor not on Angie's List. A subsequent inspection confirmed the first and the home warranty company agreed to the installation. I would not hesitate to call Lee's again should an issue arise and I anticipate prompt service. I will review again should their services be needed and I will consider them again for a heater installation planned in my garage.

Lee's Heating and Air came out for a furnace tune up (a $69 promotion at the time) and found that my furnace needed a new part and I needed a new thermostat. $578 later and my furnace was still acting up. SO, I had another HVAC company come out and take a look. They repaired a "small piece" and charged me $18 for the part and did not charge me for the labor. Good service like this warranted a tip of $20 for his fairness and speediness of the repair. Fast forward 3 months - My brand new thermostat (branded with Lee's Heating and Air logo) starts having screen issues where half of the numbers/letters on the display were not showing. Lee's H&A refused to even dispatch for a warranty service unless I agreed to the $69 dispatch fee. Will never work with this company again.

Ive been using Lees for years - both on my residence and several rental properties. Always a home run from the initial call for whatever the issue might by to the actual service... thebest...

In the summer of 2011 ,I spent THOUSANDS on a new high end AC and furnace with these people. Regular maintenance was to be included. I had to badger them to come the first year and they never , ever came for the monthly filter cleaning they were supposed to come for the first year. This past winter my furnace stopped working and when I called they actually knew that they had installed my filter system incorrectly and had not notified me. Electrical wiring was wrong and they never tried to fix it before it was broken! They had ME unhook stuff and I went a month before they showed up with the correct parts to make the changes. This year, they managed to call me for the regular maintenance but didn't show up in their time slot and when I called they said he was running late and would be here "soon" . I told them not to bother , I'd rather pay someone else. These people are extremely incompetent. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME!!!

I would not use them again. I thought they were over priced. It took calling the owner and discussing it with him in order to correct their mistakes. They were prompt and on time to their appointment. On the website it indicated that they do offer a 10% senior citizen discount, but when they came out here they told me they don't. I had to pull it up on my computer and show them, so they finally did honor it. Also, I called around to other heating/AC service providers to ask about prices, and found out how much higher their prices were. I asked why they charged more and they said it was because they used better parts than most other companies do.

Late night furnace problems. They arrived within an hour, evaluated and gave us several options, recommending the least expensive. They are wonderful!

Do be sure to call these folks they are the best.

We called Lee's to look at an air-conditioning unit that was continually freezing up. The technician was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. After the first visit they were scheduled to come out again. They called my tenant on the scheduled day (a Friday) to tell her when they were going to be there. When she called them back she was told that she didn't call back in time so they would have to come out on Monday. (She called them within 30 min.) My tenant called the office and Jared scheduled an appointment for her Monday morning. Monday morning came around and no one showed up, so she called Lee's to see what was going on. The office staff told her that she wasn't on the schedule. She asked to talk to a manager and was connected with the office manager. I don't know what words were exchanged all I know is that the office manager hung up on my tenant. Because of this we chose not to have Lee's do over a $1000 worth of work.

I liked them. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. I didn't have any problems after the work was done.

Two people came and installed a furnace in my home the first part of January. I didn't have to leave the house since it took them only one day to install it. I thought the price of the work was more than I wanted to pay, but I needed the furnace.

THE SERVICEMAN PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE GOOD WITH THE CHILDREN AND OUR FAMILIES.

I was very satisfied with the work Lees did. They came out when they were supposed to. They didn't leave a mess. I was very pleased with the overall experience, I have had when dealing with Lees. I would recommend to friends and family.
