Larry did an awesome job. He arrived at all the appointments as committed, completed the job in the time he committed and was flexible when I had a neighbor who didnt want to make a change. Everything turned out well and I would absolutely use him and recommend him again.

Larry was very responsive and punctual. He communicated all of the details with me using email so I had good documentation of what he would do and how much it would cost. His crew was right on time and they finished on time. I have a dog in the back yard and he and his crew were very careful to make sure my dog didn't leave the yard. I used Larry on another project about ten years ago and he did a great job then and he's doing a great job now. I plan on using him to install new landscaping in the Spring.

got 6 bids for a complete re-do of a vinyl fence and sprinkler system. Larry came out on top because of his friendliness, price, and his bid was very comprehensive with a lot of pictures of his prior work. i just felt at ease that i was going to be working with a professional company. Lo and behold, Larry came through and completed the job on time and on the promised budget. what is the best about Larry is that he is punctual. He answered most of my calls, returned all of my voicemails and emails and quickly. I never felt neglected or out of touch. Larry also stands by his work. three months after the install, some of the vinyl fence was bending due to the heat (and possible defective material). without a fuss, Larry came through again and replaced the pieces on him! would recommend Larry to do quality landscape and yard work at a fair price. will definitely use again in the future.

I contacted Larry on a Friday and was initially relieved he answered his phone right away (the other two providers I called, I always got their voice mail). I explained our wood fence was in need of repair and he said he could stop by the next day (Saturday) in the afternoon and would call us before coming out. Not only did he not show up, he didn't call. In fact, it's Monday afternoon and I still haven't heard from him. Since I had virutally the same experience with the top three fencing providers on Angie's List, I'm starting to think I won't get anyone's attention unless I'm installing a brand new fence, so I've decided to hire a handyman insted. I guarantee when I do replace my fence someday, I will not be contacting this provider. I only gave him a C for responsiveness because he answered his phone when I called. Otherwise, my experience with him has been a definite F.

They cut out my back lawn, hauled it away and brought in a tractor and tilled the whole thing up. A surprising amount of bricks, rocks and roots under that lawn. They took them all out, cleaned up nicely and hauled it all away. I am thrilled with their work, their communication and their timeliness. It went great!

with trees, perennials, pergola, grass, pathway and utter peaceful and serene place to enjoy. We asked for a garden and we have a garden. We love it, and we love Larry, he is a blessed man. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for the print of Mary and Christ. :) Doris and Frank Dawson

First I would like to begin by saying that Larry is very professional and an exceedingly likeable person; I think he is a good guy. Having said that, my experience with his company/workers was very frustrating. When I reached out to Larry initially he was fast to respond and we set up a time to meet. Larry did not show up for that meeting, but called to apologize and we set up a second date/time for him to come out to the house to give me a bid. This time he showed up on time and after walking around the house he gave me a bid of $860. I thought it was very high, but he seemed very competent and I thought as long as everything that I needed to have done was done I was willing to pay that price. I wanted a low-hassle factor and was willing to pay a premium for it. A week later his team showed up around 3:30 pm in the afternoon. There were three of them and they left a little before 7:00 pm. The next morning when I went out to inspect their work I was dismayed to see that the entire scope of work had not been completed and on top of that it was obvious that while they did some weeding, by and large they simply laid the compost OVER the weeds, which was not what I was paying for. I called Larry and he had one of the guys come back out. I walked him around the property and detailed all of the areas where they did not do what they had been hired to do; he blamed it on Larry and said he would fix everything. I had a meeting to go to, so I left him working. The next day when I looked at the second round of work I could not believe it, he had done some of the things we discussed, but not others; the job was still incomplete. So now my assistant took over (I was getting too mad at this point) and she contacted Larry again. Larry, once again, sent Casey out to do the work. Once again, he was walked around the property and she showed him everything that still needed to be done. Long story short, he finished and she had to call Larry again, this time telling him HE had to come out. He did, she showed him everything and he had someone finish the job. I credit Larry with being highly responsive and very professional. The quality of work in the end was satisfactory, but for the premium price I paid the quality should have been high and immediate. This job should have been done right the first time, instead it took four visits and now one week later you can see all of the weeds/grass coming right through the compost. I liked Larry a lot, but I would not use him again because of all of this.

It went well and he was professional. I would get a bid from him again.

Larry and his crew did a great job. Left job site clean and they were very punctual and dependable. The work they did was done in a timely manner. The only thing that was not completed was they had indicated that they would be back to reinstall stepping stones that they had torn out and they never came back to do that but all in all I was very satisfied.

The experience working with Larry and his team was fantastic. I reached out to Larry and received a response the same day. He came out to give me a bid on the project a couple of days after we talked as that was the best time for me and was right on time. Larry is extremely knowledgable and very easy to get a long with. When he gave me the bid he was very open on the details that we were looking for which made me feel comfortable right away as I have worked with contractors in the past that don't want you to know exactly what they measured out and what they would do until a bid is issued. Larry provided me the bid the following day and I took a few days to review it and see how the price stacked up with competitors. It was a very good bid so I contacted him on a Wednesday and let him know that I wanted to move forward. He originally told me that they could get started the following week, but ended up calling me on Thursday afternoon and started on Friday just two days after I let him know that I wanted to move ahead. He had his team out the following morning and they worked in the rain and snow for the next 3 days and were able to complete the entire project sooner than originally anticipated and with great quality. He went above and beyond in multiple areas including laying down additional top soil without going over his initial bid. I also had a problem with a back flow valve and Larry was able to replace it for a great deal. Larry is very easy to work with and he and his team are extremely professional and fast. I would highly recommend Larry in the future and have already recommended him to friends and family. Thanks for all your hard work!

Larry and his team was on time, courteous, and efficient. The new fence is strong. I was not able to be home during the install, however, and two problems arose - one of which Larry made his team correct right away - the other I did not call him back and give him a chance to correct the problem because I was just so frustrated. First, his team placed the posts 1 foot inside the property line - that is - one foot inside where the original fence was. He corrected this immediately but this should never have happened in the first place. Second, when the job was done I came home to all the dirt that was dug up sitting in piles on top of my existing landscaping. I had to hire another crew to haul it off and replace my bark mulch where Larry's project left a mess. I think his team can do a great job but they need to be supervised.

He has been super for us. He has done a couple of jobs for us on kind of short notice that had to get done. Some time in the spring, I'm going to have him put in an entire irrigation for us. I like that he is prompt and he has done well. My daughter is the one that lives in the house so she is the one that tells me. He communicates well about what he is going to do and he gets there and he does it, and that's the main thing for me. The price seemed fine to me. I don't do this a whole lot but the price seemed reasonable for what was being done. He was very responsive.

Larry first installed my neighbor's fence, and during the work my driveway was covered with debris. I called Larry and he had a crew cleaning my driveway before I walked out of the house! The installation was solid and well done. Like many construction crews, they were a little sloppy, but I inspected their work daily and they corrected everything I pointed out (like boards that didn't line up). There were only a couple of corrections needed. I kept a wrought iron gate. The new fence didn't line up quite as close to the gate as the old fence and it didn't close as well, but I put a 1/2and quot; cedar board on the end of the fence and it works fine. Larry later applied a clear stain. Again, they were a little sloppy and over-sprayed on the gate and latch, so we got oil on our hands when we opened and closed the gate. Larry had his crew clean it up. I would use Larry again. He is excellent. The quality of work is a little dependent on how well you stay on top of it and communicate to Larry. He's honest and fairly priced. Larry told me 80% of his business comes from Angie's list. He knows that repeat business is dependent on continued customer satisfaction, so he responds well.

Larry came out did some measurements, and quoted me a good price. I did other bids, but I liked Larry's best. He came out with his crew on the date we agreed on. It took him about 3 days to install the fence the way we liked it. They knew what they were doing, and that's always good.

We have used Larry's crew for various jobs since last August. Larry returns calls in a timely manner and his crew always shows up when he says they will. They are competent and professional, whether they are building a fence, cutting the lawn or hauling junk. The charges are reasonable. We are very glad to have found them on Angie's list.

Very pleased, everything went smoothly.

We had Larry do Concrete flat work and extending concrete window wells. I was a bit skeptical at first because Larry does so many different services. I thought maybe a specialist would do a better job. However, Larry and his Crew did an outstanding. They moved and tested sprinklers. They did a good job of protecting utilities. They did a good job of finish work. I think the price was good for all the work they did.

A couple of slow starts with original appt. and original scheduled date, due to provider conflicts, (these were explained and okayed) however, one day after original schedule the job was finished. Professional work, nice looking fence and they cleaned up thoroughly. Larry had the best price we could find.

Excellent. Great experience all around!! Would highly recommend.

The job is going very well I am happy with Larry's service's will be finished on 10/1/2013 after (7) days.

He's really good, I'm using him again this fall.

I called Larry on Saturday afternoon in a bit of an emergency situation. We were able to schedule for Monday morning. His crew did everything he said they would. They were efficient and pleasant. The price was reasonable.

My initial estimate was $2200.00, which was one reason I picked them. After going over in detail what I wanted the estimate went up to $3400.00. The workers were great. They worked in the hottest part of summer and did excellent work. I'm not sure they worked for Larry's Lawn Care on a regular basis. I think he got them from in front of a home improvement store. They were awesome. Larry at one point informed me that they were doing more than we had agreed on and that I was getting extra for my money. I hadn't asked them to do anything extra and wouldn't have been able to anyway because nobody spoke English. I think he was laying the groundwork for cutting corners on the job to save money. I had told him the kind of rock I wanted for my yard and that was supposedly figured into the estimate, but when the time came to have the gravel delivered, he said it was too expensive and I would have to pick something cheaper, which I did. Larry had also told me that he would get me a beautiful tree for $200. I told him about one I had seen and where it was. He showed up with a skinny little 8 foot high tree, saying that the one I wanted was already sold. I told him it was too small and he said, pointing at a giant tree in the neighborhood and said, and quot;Did you expect one THAT tall? This was on the last day of work in my yard. I said, and quot;No, but bigger than that.and quot; He had it planted anyway. I also reminded him that they needed to attach my birdbath on top of a stump in my yard. He had them put it up there and start anchoring it without making sure it was level (which it wasn't). I mentioned it and they put a level on it from one side to another and added a shim. They anchored it to the tree stump but I later noticed that it was leaning toward the house.. He hadn't had them level it the other direction. Overall, the workers he hired were excellent but the owner lacked professionalism by not providing everything that was agreed on.

Larry and his team did a great job. He kept his appointment times and he kept his word and he wasn't ready to drop the job until it was complete.
