 + -1 moreBottom line: I had a TERRIBLE experience with this guy. Responsive to give bid and timeline. I accepted his bid but never heard from him again. No response to multiple calls and emails. A simple, "Hey, I'm busy and won't be able to percorm the work," would have been great. Just respond. That's really what a customer expects.
Description of Work: Gave a bid to perform some foundation repair. But that's it--never heard from him again.

Description of Work: Knowlton Construction did my fencing. He is finishing my basement. He built my house for me eight years ago. He has done a lot of landscaping work in my backyard, like fixing walls, excavation, sprinklers, and sod. He is pretty much the Jack of all trades, so you name it and he has probably done that for me. He fixed my air conditioning unit for me, and all kinds of stuff.

 + -1 moreWe called for an estimate and he came promptly and talked over alot of his ideas with us. He told us that he would send us a bid and we never recieved it. We called at least ten times and he never called us back or responded in any way. It left us wondering if he wanted the jpob or was just too busy. It would have been nice for him to have told us either way.. We ended up using alot of his ideas and doing it ourselves for less money...
Description of Work: We were having leakage in our basement and Mr. Knowlton came and gave an us some great advice and talked things over with us . He had some great ideas. He said that he would email us a bid. We were impressed. Then we kept calling him back and he never answered our calls or sent the bid. I am sure that I called and left messages 10 times. I never heard from him and I don't know if he just didn't want our job or was busy. I think a call to tell us either way would have been nice. We ended up using his ideas and doing it ourselves...Thanks

Description of Work: Knowlton Construction out in my patio a few years ago. He also just did some resurfacing around the outside of our house. He is also going to do some construction work in our garage, take out some steps and put in some wood ones.
