I was very pleased with their work. Overall, their service was good. I would use them again in the future.

AS above, the wrong part was orderd when the first service call was made in December. When the part was supposedly in and the scheduler called to arrange a time for the final repair to be made, the time was 2pm - 4pm. However, a person called the day before and said 1pm-3pm. I said the original time was 2pm-4pm and the person said "Well, is 1pm-3pm okay?" I said I would not be home until 2pm so please do not come before 2pm. The person agreed. The day of service I get home at 1:45pm and the repair guy is standing at my leaded glass door with my dogs going crazy. He said "perfect timing". I go inside and put my dogs outside and find that one dog has broken the glass on the door. So, now I have to replace the door because they could not seem to understand 2 pm. As if that's not bad enough, the repair guy says he has a part to a refrigerator here that they have ordered. It is not the right part. He tinkers with the oven and says I could use it if I had to--it might work. However, it still is not working right because the right part was not ordered. This is warranty work and this appliance service center is employed by Ferguson Enterprises who sells Viking Ranges.
