Overall they did a good job servicing us. Their choice of plants was uncreative. Our major problem with them is that they installed sterile soil with zero nitrogen content. This is a really stupid thing for a company that claims to care about the landscapes they install. It would have been very easy for us/them to augment the soil before installing all of the plants. We have been struggling to get our soil balanced now for three years.
Description of Work: Installed retaining walls and had soil brought in.
